I was at a bookstore today

I saw a lot of straight romance books (as expected) but also a good amount of boys kissing. Which is always a pleasant surprise. Store was so goated it had a danmei section. (And obviously I picked up a little something for myself there 😋)

But what struck me is that… I see so many romance covers… and no yuri… well. At least not “obvious on first or second glance” yuri. It’s so much harder to find books about lesbians than it is about gay men, at least for me. And I’m someone actively searching.

So where I’m heading with this is. Lesbians. My fellow girl likers. Please write those books. Or hell, straight woman dominate the yaoi field, feel free to take over Yuri too. People please go write about those ladies! Make it so that next time I see a Baihe section too!

Because of your Saw AU, I've been imagining a failed trap where L gets gravely injured. Maybe he and Light were arguing about how to solve it. Either way, the detective is bleeding out uncontrollably or poisoned. All Light can do is hold him. Hold him and feel such intense grief and guilt. He's the reason L is even here, it's his fault he's dying. And for the first time, he hates himself for causing a death.
