I have a headcanon that Mike was never really much of a talker and that once Abby was born he forced himself to talk a bit more (To help her learn to talk and because it seemed like storytelling calmed her down)

He stopped forcing himself to talk more once she got a bit older (he still talks to her but he much more enjoys listening to her talk) Abby never minded, she understood her brother was quiet and could tell he showed his love differently. As long as he still told her stories she didn’t care

Mike and Vanessa being similar. Yes I've said this before a couple of times.

But they will have more in common now that (for now) William is dead and will forever twitch in that suit that he died in.

As of now, with the information that Mike has given Vanessa. With how his parents couldn't handle it and how his dad left when he was 18.

Yes it happened later for Vanessa, but she doesn't have a mom(she isn't shown or MENTIONED at all. She probably abandoned her and made William a single father). Now she doesn't have a father (he wasn't that much of a father, he did abandon her in his way; making her a puppet, forgetting her humanity to make himself immortal/carry out his plan. Just like Ma and Nemesis if I'm being honest <- exploding).

But one thing is that, Mike has someone to live for now.

Vanessa? Her younger sibling HAS to have been a part of the missing kids case. They must've been killed.

Vanessa has chronic pain. (If going with the hc that she also has springlock scars). It's gotten worse with the new scar she got(and to me it's the shape of a crescent moon).

She also has joint pain due to her springlock scars too👍

If a worker who isn't the owner says ANYTHING similar to "I'm not really supposed to do this but-" and then does something that helps you, under no circumstances inform the business, including through reviews. You tell them that the worker was polite, professional, the very model of customer service and why you like to go there. You do not breathe a word of the rulebreaking.
