Guys I hope you are having an amazing week!!
Bowls like this are quite easy to make even though they might seem intimidating for some reason.😊 To make my bowl:
For the overnight oats:
• 70 g oat flakes • 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tbsp maca powder
• 1 tbsp blue spirulina powder
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract • 1 tbsp sweetener of choice
• 190 ml almond milk • a pinch of salt
Add all the ingredients into a jar, mix well and let it sit in the fridge overnight. For the chia pudding:
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tbsp sweetener of choice
• 1 tbsp blue spirulina powder
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract • 190 ml almond milk • a pinch of salt

• 2 frozen bananas
• pineapple chunks frozen 1/4 cup
• 1 tsb raspberry powder • 1 tsp peanut butter • 1 tsb blue matcha
• 1/2 tsb vanilla extract • tiny bit of soy milk
Red+blue=purple so make red smoothie and then add blue matcha. Then decorate with fresh fruits or granola if you want.

Overnight chia oats with wild goji nicecream (2 frozen bananas and 1 tbsp of goji powder) ————Recipe for the oats————
• 1 cup oats
• 2 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tbsp maple syrup • 1/2 cup Raspberries • 500 ml plant based mylk
Blend your mylk with the raspberries and maple syrup. In a container add your oats and chia seeds and pour over your raspberry mylk. Mix well. And then whisk again for a couple of minutes so there are no clumps. Refrigerate overnight or for 2 hours.
