TransDID/OSDD tips from a diagnosed cisDID system!

hopefully these relieve dysphoria and help!

these are tips specifically for those transitioning to have a CDD! If any transplurals in general find it useful though, feel free to use!

1. Amnesia

we have severe amnesia that affects us throughout the day. zone out often, write down important things, get distracted! probably helps if you have ADHD then you'll get this one down!

2. Disassociation

spiritual practices can help you disassociate! i recommend looking into astral projecting! laying down, listen to some calm music, and you'll eventually find yourself disassociating! it'll come naturally after a while and you won't be able to control it

3. PTSD

DID and PTSD already go hand and hand! if you already have PTSD or are transitioning to have PTSD, then you can probably just ignore this. PTSD flashbacks are very common, especially C-PTSD. focus on your trauma and remember it. any programming/transprogramming trauma? maybe you're transharmed or transgroomed? focus on that and remember it vividly. what was it like?

i wanted to focus on the non-alter parts of CDDs to help some people come to a complete transition if they wish! hope this helps! im still new to the rqc so if there's anything I didnt phrase right then let me know!

its OKAY to not want to recover. its OKAY to enjoy having an addiction or illness. it is YOUR body and so it is ultimately about what you want.

whilst i personally wish i never got addicted to certain things, i now have no want to change it because having an actively fulfilled addiction makes me happy.

it's also okay to want to gain an addiction you don't bodily yet have! you aren't being insensitive to cis addicts. this is about YOU and YOUR body. nobody else.
