Dashboard UX designs help us understand what's really important, and open up a data dreamworld where we can interpret everything, analyze everything, and make sense of the story they're telling us.
User dashboards are becoming more relevant as the modern era shows us more and more data.
This example is a redesigned dashboard made by Carlos Han. The name of the proyect is "Coinspace" and you can find more of his work here https://dribbble.com/shots/5599992-Cryptocurrency-Dashboard-Redesign

The use of parallax effect in web design, is a design technique that can be used to introduce a variation and the WOW effect in your projects, to have a more pragmatic application when presenting something important to others.
Parallax scrolling effects add motion and the sense of depth by taking various graphic features and shifting them at different speeds in the architecture of the website. Some may move quicker, others may move slow, and others may remain still.

Tauba Auerbach American artist introduces the 8 x 8 x 8-inch hard-back book cubes highlighting the color spectrum by digital offset printing in a page-by-page medium. It is done with digital offset printing on paper and with an airbrushed fabric cover and book edges, which produces a vivid reference amount with all the colors of nature.
The book named “RGB Colorspace Atlas” was co-designed by the artist herself in partnership with Daniel E. Kelm, and it was printed in a wide-awake garage.

This is an advertising I found on the internet, and I selected it because is a really creative ad.
The ad is appealing to the user as its a metaphor with a clear meaning.
A metaphor occurs when a visual element is substituted with another one.
When designing a campaign, it is useful to use rhetoric figures as they are eye catching and contain a strong meaning with just a few elements.

This poster was done for a campaign in the Public Institution I was working, to raise awareness of the contamination in the beaches done by people who smoke.
The design is a photo manipulation done to prevent this from happening, as many animals eat the remaining wastes of the cigarettes and ended up poisoned and dying.
The concept and edition was made entirely by me.

While photographing houses in the oldest avenue of Mérida, the place were I’m living, I found a broken window in the top floor, so I thought it was the perfect scenery for a photo that represent fear and danger, by telling a story that something happened there and that you may take precaution before you enter that house.
The composition is arranged in the way that the focal point is the window, where the story is being told, but with the other ornaments of the house giving context to the photo and a sense of abandonment and gothic atmosphere.
The photo and edition was made by me.

House Festival - Galaxy Of Dreams is a fictional music festival designed by me, with a retro futuristic style that can be perceived either in the music, the decoration of the event and in the poster elements.
The graphic style used in my design is inspired by the Disco music posters of the 70’s - 80’s years, in which we may appreciate bright neon colors like The Jackson Five poster, or the characteristic typography with inlines like Gloria Gaynor’s poster; but it is also based in current music videos with that aesthetic like Dua Lipa - Break My Hearth or The Weeknd - Blinding Lights.

This my contrast worksheet task.
Principles of contrast was used in the following form:
First visual: I used contrast in shapes and texture
Second visual: Repetition and contrast in scale was used to design an organic form.
Third visual: Contrast was mainly based in color
Fourth visual: I used contrast in value with some transparency, to give the idea of circular movement in the form.

Hi, this is my first post. I selected both images, as space exploration in real life and science fiction movies have always gotten my attention and have been an inspiration for some of my designs.
Also, I like how neon colors and contrasts with lights, makes a design or a photocomposition feel energized and with a futuristic look.
Authors of the images are unknown.
