guys I just started watching a show called “shrill” I think it’s a hulu original but omg I’m only halfway through the first episode but as a chubby girl it’s the realest, most triggering thing.
Losing weight is actually a very simple thing to do, but your lack of patience and complete disregard for your own health will inevitably lead you into a never ending binge/restrict cycle, preventing you from reaching your goals
my biggest flaw is that i don’t have anorexia i have binge eating disorder with a hint of starvation and honestly imo that’s why i’m not skinny and 20lbs heavier than i was a year ago
