Things That Caused Traffic Delays
I listen to a lot of NPR, specifically my local NPR station KQED. I don’t drive a car, but the traffic alerts are sometimes my favorite part of the news segments. “Heavy traffic on the Bay Bridge toll plaza. There appears to be a large piece of wood blocking the two left lanes.” I hear that and think, “Damn, how big is that piece of wood?” So I started making a listen of things that caused traffic delays that stood apart from the average accidents, cars overheating, and toll plaza jam-ups. Here we go.
