Its day three. I feel like im doing pretty well. Ive had 115 calories today (coffee and energy drink). Im not really hungry but my mouth wants to eat something lol.
Trying my best to fill up on water until i go to bed. Ill regret eating something and ill be so proud tomorrow morning when i wake up empty.
If i were to eat it would probably be 100cals of vegetables but ill see how the night goes. I think ill be okay. I want to eat but i dont want vegetables right now
Update: i had a bunch of cherry tomatoes and celery (50cal total). Caved into fast food, raising canes. I got a kids meal but purged some out + took laxs. Yes, i wish i didnt eat it since im at 800ish cals today but its okay. Next three days i will go back to 50-200cal days

How I lost 60lbs in 4 months:
Since some people asked about it, I figured I'd make a well written post. English is not my first language, so apologies if something doesn't make sense!
So, I went from 216lbs to 154 in 4 months (16/11/2023-> 19/3/2024) after started topamax (migraine medication, it reduces hunger)
.Tbh it doesn't really feel like it's that impressive or "concerning", having started at a higher weight losing the first 10lbs was really easy.
I went from bingeing everyday to restricting cold turkey, the first 3 days were the hardest but from then everything gets easier.
So, my habits:
OMAD and/or no more than 500 cals on school days
800 cals on the weekend
burn ~300 cals on school days by walking
eat healthy. No junk, doesn't matter if it's low cal
36h fast between Sunday and Monday
24h fast between Thursday and Wednesday
if you are hungry you can eat, any amount is better than a binge
That's literally it. It worked pretty well, I was able to go throughout Christmas without gaining..had a few binges due to getting too high but I didn't stress over it too much.
There isn't a magic trick to weight loss or willpower, the biggest motivator to stick to my rules (besides OCD) was thinking about how I've been treated for being fat... people just don't like you. Life has significantly improved c:
I still need to lose 55lbs btw

Going to bed now but i had 212 cals today. All vegetables throughout the day when i got hungry. Tomorrow will be better. I genuinely feel like i couldve gone the whole day without eating since I wasn’t hungry at all but my mouth needed something to chew on.
Im a bit disappointed in myself but ill work on my discipline more.

Hi guys. Its been way too long but im ready to start losing weight again. I was 118lbs a year and a half ago and im now a little under 150. Im going to start blogging my journey to help me get back to being underweight. My goal is 2.5 months
I am at my heaviest weight right now and its time to change. I want to do a water fast for a week so im weening off food lol. Had 40 cals today and had 10k steps. So excited to get back to my old body!!

New rules for the new year! (Posting this to keep myself accountable!)
- In any situation possible, CHOSE 👏FRUITS👏 when I HAVE to eat
- ONLY water, diet soda, zero sugar Gatorade, energy drinks, or zero sugar drinks for drinks
- 300 cal limit no matter what the day is, besides the day I break my fast I aim for 600-800 (only because when I don’t eat enough after my fast my body dosent break it down and make me sick because after a fast I always end up throwing up and tmi but having diarrhea😭)
- 5k+ steps EVERYDAY
-no matter how long before ALWAYS fast on the days I see my situationship (this man is a literal TWIG)
-take vitamins EVERY
- SAY👏NO👏 TO👏 FAST👏 FOOD👏
-lower carb intake AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE
-no shortcuts walking anywhere
-CHEW👏GUM👏INSTEAD👏
- stay OUT OF THE KITCHEN
-try to burn 500 cals (Atleast) every single day

After losing weight and regaining it I now realize what it feels like to exist in a smaller body and the confidence and the self acceptance that come with it.
Don’t get me wrong I was still miserable but…
Gaining weight has put my entire life on halt.
I don’t feel good in clothes anymore. I can’t function around my friends anymore. The idea of flirting with anyone or being sexual makes me want to kill myself. I can’t look at my face or body in the mirror without wanting to stab them. I feel ugly and monstrous all the time. I’m so much worse in every way.
