A couple of posts ago I wrote about one of my fitness role models, Joe Donnelly!
This is a little rant from his Facebook site this morning.. Love how outspoken he is. He does his thing, and the guy knows his stuff!
I can highly recommend his series on “weak point training” on YouTube.. I’ve tried a lot of his workouts, and they are brutal but amazing!
