Birthday week Day trip out to @thebeefyboys Cheltenham during their soft opening week! Bloody lovely! Even though he wasn't feeling great Benny still gave it a good ol' go! I had Pastrami Boy original patty burger and Dirty Clucker with Gravy (yes I had a chicken burger as a side!) - Salted Caramel Shake free to celebrate my birthday! Got my @tubbytoms delivery 👌🔥, had a quick finger dip in all 3 and as always they're 🤘. @thedesperadosuk colab, is so great I could drink it. Definitely going to pour on everything! Browns by @dunkertonscider .. don't know what it is but it reminds me of roadside cider .. you know those random farmhouses that sell their homemade cider and you have to bring your own bottle? Next up and by popular demand.. Black Fox Organic Cider by @dunkertonscider Now this was a complex one, sweet but the same sweetness as the Vintage. Trying something new, brought a selection of ciders for @dunkertonscider. Now have tried one or two before but not one of my usual regulars so thought id give them a proper look. First up the Vintage organic! A big bottle and strong (7.5%), medium dry and deeply flavoured but at the same time a little sweet....bit too sweet for my pallette but I still enjoyed it! My 2nd limited edition Perry from @bushel.peck.cider The Avenue+ named as such due to the pears being gathered (mostly) from the avenue at Boyce Court, Dymock. The mostly due to some Blakeney Reds thrown in! It's a dry Perry but not too heady, very light and refreshing on the palate.. I imagine perfect on a sunny day - shame I'm drinking it after the kids have gone to bed 🤣.
