70 yards of gift wrapping paper covered with R2-D2 and C-3PO in excellent un-opened NOS condition. This is PRE-DISNEY-era STAR WARS.

FYI - www.starwars.com was registered in 1996; making this vintage 90s - not 70s or 80s.  I mean...  it has a web domain printed on the label, so..  lol;  and,  the internet (as we came to publicly acknowledge it) became more wide-stream in 1995. There's also a chance this was released for The Phantom Menace which debuted in 1999, but it's more likely this was designed for the premier of the Star Wars website.

Lynn Toneri Limited Edition Watercolor Print Signed & Numbered

Beautiful piece by artist Lynn Toneri and signed L. Toneri Ward. This is a Vintage Limited Edition Print of an original work in Watercolor. The birds pictured appear to be a group of 5 Warbler Chicks on a branch with a white background.

This piece is signed and numbered 313 of 500 and printed using Offset Lithograph (printing press). The artist currently sells prints of her more modern work and of a similar size, for $350 - unframed. Her originals have sold up to $9,500.

This art work has been professionally framed and matted, but does show some signs of wear. There is some scratching of the outer brass frame and a slight ripple in the print. I have not looked into remounting, because honestly it wasn't bad enough for me investigate.

I absolutely love this piece and will hate to see it go.

It will brighten any room! :)

2 wonderful hand-painted works (on cloth) professionally mounted, matted and framed.

Each work depicting one of the characters in Wayang Puppet Theater (Nara Suma and Dursa Sana); a very popular form of art in Bali and Java - Indonesia, in general. A quick Google search will provide some worthy links if you are unfamiliar with this art's fascinating history/stories.

Each measures approximately 24.25" x 14" x .75". Both in a unique (but matching, lol) matte-black, notched-wood frame with a bamboo-vine-like detail adding to the embellishment. Each, also, double-matted with beveled edges: one with a speckled gold pattern contrasting the larger blue matte above and accenting the gold in the art - all 3 features enhancing and complimenting the art's natural beauty and feel. .. i think. lol

The names of each character are painted below their feet with an - M - below their names: I believe indicating the epic story from which they originated.

Both characters come from the Hindu epic Mahabharata.

Dursa Sana (aka - Durshasana, Dushyasan, Dushasana, Dussasana) was a Kaurav prince, the second son of the blind king Dhritarashtra and Gandhari and the younger brother of Duryodhan.

Nara Suma (aka - Narasoma, Salya, Shalya) King Shalya was the brother of Madri (mother of Nakula and Sahadeva), as well as the ruler of the Madra kingdom. Shalya, a powerful Spear fighter and a formidable charioteer, was tricked by Duryodhana to fight the war on the side of the Kauravas."

The backs of each piece are both covered in paper with the framing company's sticker and each with hanging wire, as well as, protective wall-bumpers at the bottom corners. The paper-covered backs are mostly in good order, but as you can see in the photos they are not perfect. Certainly functional. Please view the photos carefully. they are meant to complete the description.

I am the 2nd owner of these pieces and I was told the art, itself, was purchased on a trip to Indonesia. The framing work was completed locally.

These will make a wonderful edition to your home (or a friend's) as they will instantly add an Eastern/Southeast Asian feel to your space or decor; and, once you've brushed up on your Wayang history - they make for wonderful conversation pieces. I have enjoyed these for years and I know you will, too!

Vintage Teak Thermos Brand Carafe/Ice Bucket w/ Glass Liner

Awesome Mid-Century barware item in beautiful shape.

It measures 15" from base to handle and 8" in diameter. A very cool Lucite carrying handle and stainless steel lid (topped with a wooden knob) help define this piece in the classic Mid-Century Modern style.

This carafe is constructed with the sought-after glass liner and is wrapped in a Teak wood veneer - all in great shape for its age.

There are only 2 small dings in the lid, which can barely be seen in photos and has some age-appropriate scratches to the bottom. The Teak Veneer does have some light scratching that practically disappears when oiled.

Great piece of functional, vintage decor for your home or office bar! And the best example of this item i have seen online!
