Breakfast: apple + green tea {55 cal}
Lunch: black coffee + half a protein bar {100 cal}
I was gonna eat the whole damn bar but each bar has 200 cals, wtf?!?!?! I was like naurrrrr no fucking way
Dinner: miso soup (50 cal)
Drank 2L water
Took my multivitamin in the morning with ashwagandha
Only walked 6600 steps, but I'll probably go for a walk now and try to get ATLEAST 8000
