could you tell what alex's other desires beside being a mom, being supergirl, and being a doctor were? there are two i can't tell apart

I can’t figure it out too. May be I miss something. I try to remember if Alex ever mention if she want to become other than a mother or doctor and I can’t remember. I guess in both worlds, because they are wearing ordinary clothes, she can explore what happen if she choose different paths. Alex in the right picture remind me of Alex from 1.17 flashback, may be she can see what happen if J’onn never recruited her.

I hope she explore all them, not just super Alex. I guess we will find out in a few hours :)
