Disabled trans woman in need of help again

hi, i am a trans woman who has been struggling to find work and income, a struggle that is made harder by a painful chronic illness. some of my symptoms have recently flared up/worsened to the point i can barely keep up with my own daily tasks. i am going to try and get on disability again bc i genuinely can not see myself working extensively in a state like this

i primarily need help with groceries and medication copays, in addition to regular bills and other life necesssities. i know a lot of us are hurting rn but if you have even a few bucks to spare, it would go a long way. i just need to get through.

hopefully this doesnt take too long but i hope you will all be patient and understanding in this time. anything helps, i love you! i set a goal based on how much i would probably need to get myself thru the next month or two

Traumatized in Ireland While my Family is Facing Death and Starvation in Gaza

I contemplate the happy faces of people around me here in Ireland and reminisce about the happy normal life my family and I had before the war. A life that turned into a distant memory for us and was replaced by an unending series of horrible nightmares.

Unlike my family in Gaza, people here have access to drinking water, all types of food, electricity, and a roof over their heads. Above all, they are safe, and I cannot help but wonder if they genuinely do appreciate these blessings in their lives enough.

People seem relaxed and laughing wholeheartedly around me in Ireland. I wish I could laugh too, but I am crushed way beyond recovery on the inside. I was evacuated by my Irish college after five months of living the horrors of war in Gaza. I hope you will never know what it feels like to live in constant fear and worry and be horrified by the most sickening and scary nightmares every single night while you are far away from your family in such circumstances.

When did my people in Gaza cease to be human beings worthy and deserving of a normal life? Has it become normal now for my family in Gaza to be starved and killed while the whole world is watching the genocide? If that is the case, then you will have to excuse me if I seek every avenue to bring them to Ireland and start a new normal life like all people here around me.

I was assured by the Irish Reugee Council (IRC) and lawyers in Ireland that there is hope I can reunite with my family in Ireland. In difficult times, it is hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. For me and my family, you are literally our light and hope for a better life.

Harold Halibut (a video game by Slow Bros.)

Charming ass game with a faux-stop motion aesthetic. Some great use of music. Writing is a little hit or miss, but the characters are all interesting.

LiDAR Exploration Program (a video game by KenForest)

Solid exploration game with a fantastic aesthetic. Is well designed around its LiDAR mechanic. Thought it would go a little harder into horror, but I still enjoyed it quite a bit.

Phenomenal little adventure game with a very striking art style and soundtrack. Had to stop and look at every single screen to take in all the little details & animations. Love how convoluted the ship and all its little contraptions are.

Wanderstop (by Ivy Road)

A wonderful heartwarming game that explores the many facets of dealing with burnout, mixing a strong narrative into the backbones of a cozy tea-making game. I related a lot to the protagonist's struggles and loved every character this game threw at me.
