I feel I must contribute something to the god that is Tumblr. So I'm going to post favorite quotes from various books, movies, shows, and anything else I can think of. For those interested, you can read my fanfictions here: archiveofourown.org/users/tmzai

So. Six years later. Ashke is sixteen years old, my delightfully grumpy old lady.
I've been up all night with her now, her health has finally failed.
Ashke has been with me for her entire life. Her momma was my cat, I was there when she was born. I feel so tired, but I am so happy that I got six extra years with her.

This is Ashke, my cat who has been very ill. I’m happy to report that she is alive and doing much better, though she will be on medication for her anemia for the rest of her life. She’s been in great spirits lately, because the weather here has turned to rain. For whatever reason, my odd little cat likes it cold.
Just thought I’d share a picture or two since I could. 😊

Quote
I feel it, I feel my thin morals dissolving. I feel my flimsy, moth-eaten skin of humanity begin to come apart, and with it, the veil keeping me from complete darkness. There are no lines I won’t cross. No illusions of mercy. I wanted to be better for her. For her happiness. For her future. But if she’s gone, what good is goodness?
