Meet Niamh

Name: Niamh Burke
Age: 15
Birthday: 7th April
Height: 5'7"
Eyes: Green
Hair: Brown, long, straight
Body shape: Averagely sized, rather curvy
Favourite colour: Pale gold
Favourite food(s): Breakfast roll, cottage pie, traditional Irish stew
Hobbies:
Sketching -- Niamh is an artist. She loves to draw, and has ever since her grandfather taught her how to draw like an artist when she was younger. She had always been encouraged by him to keep drawing, and so she continues to do so even to this day.
Painting -- As part of her love for drawing an art, Niamh also loves to paint. This came as a result of her being curious and deciding to try to use a paint brush instead of pencils, and she found the experience interesting and one that she would love to try again. And now... she can't stop.
Singing -- Niamh doesn't have a particularly great voice, but she loves to sing. Any type of song will do, really, as long as she knows the lyrics and the tune is catchy enough so that she can sing along without having the song going along in the background. Oh, and the lyrics have to be acceptable.
Acting -- This is another one of those things that she's not too great at, but she loves to bits. In fact, this was how she became friends with the group - she was in one of Josh's acting classes outside school, the two became friends, and Josh introduced her to the group. Jake recognised her from some of their classes, and they all became friendly with her.
Spending time with her boyfriend and friends -- This has to be something that she's learned to love recently. She's never been an only child, but she'd always preferred to be alone so that she could sing, sketch and paint in peace. But once she became friends with the group, she found that she could never be alone, and has actually grown to love that. That, and she loves being with her boyfriend, Oliver.
Good traits: Protective, strong-willed, artistic, bright, intuitive
Bad traits: Stubborn, loud, short-tempered, sarcastic
Personality: Niamh is a head-strong independent girl
Background:
Niamh was born in Dublin, Ireland, to a couple that weren't exactly ready to have a child. They were unmarried, and because of this it led to a very violent breakup and a fight over who got custody of the baby. In the end, Niamh ended up living with her grandparents, whilst her parents tried to sort out their relationship.
As a child, Niamh was quickly brought into the world of art, since her grandfather wasn't a well known artist. He taught her how to sketch, and paid for her to start sketching classes when she realised how much she loved it. He also bought her her first set of sketching pencils.
When she turned twelve, she moved to the UK with her father, who had finally decided to take custody of the girl. He got remarried, and took Niamh with him to live with his new wife. This is when they moved to Weston, where her father had recently found a job. She started Weston high straight away, integrating into the school easily and making friends. But she kept her art skills in the shadows, instead deciding to pursue something else.
Subjects taken:
Triple Science
Electronics

History
Extra Info:
Niamh takes up Art in her free time.
If you ever see her room, you'll find that the walls are covered in sketches that have been pinned up and stuck on them. And where there has been nothing stuck up, there are small pictures on post-it notes or little paintings on the wall itself.
Niamh is also known for designing simple circuit boards.
For the twins' birthdays, she always makes them little presents - she paints Adam a picture, and she builds Jamie a circuit board.

Meet Connor

Name: Connor Phillips
Age: 5
Birthday: 29th October
Height: 3'7"
Eyes: Brown
Hair: Dark brown
Body shape: Fairly short for his age, average weight and size for a child his age
Favourite colour: Purple (he thinks...)
Favourite food(s): Jamie's spaghetti; Adam's tuna pasta; chocolate cake
Hobbies:
Drawing -- Like his older brother, Adam, Connor loves to draw. In fact, he first got into it because he saw Adam sketching and he wanted to try it. Eventually, he managed to beg Jamie to buy him a "drawing book like Adam's", and he now takes it to school with him so that he can draw when he gets bored and during Golden Time.
Spinning around aimlessly -- Connor is a very... random child. No one really knows why, because it wasn't inherited from the Phillips at all. So, when Connor's bored, he ends up just spinning in circles to entertain himself, which often amuses his brothers.
Reading with Jamie and/or Adam -- Connor is dyslexic. This means that he had a lot of trouble reading, and really hates reading aloud. However, he loves the stories themselves, and especially enjoys it when Jamie or Adam reads to him before he goes to bed. It's usually Adam, though -- Jamie's too busy studying to read with him most of the time.
Going to the park -- Like most boys his age, Connor loves to run outside and play games, as long as he keeps active. It's one of the few areas where he's not held back by either of his medical conditions, and so he has very few limitations when it comes to playing at the park with the other kids. His outgoing and playful nature means that he gets along with almost anyone he comes into contact with at the park.
Talking -- Connor is a very talkative kid. He loves to talk, because he loves the attention. Often, people are too afraid to ignore him: one, because he's a Phillips, and two, they don't exactly want him to throw a tantrum. This, unfortunately, has made him kind of spoilt.
Good traits: Always smiling, very optimistic, pretty cute for his age (as told by many people), outgoing, playful
Bad traits: Can be too talkative, gets jealous easily, attention-seeking quite often because of his age
Personality: Connor is a very bubbly, very chatty five year old child, who has a love for drawing and anything creative. Because of his young age, he isn't very pessimistic, always looking for the best outcome in a situation -- better known as, the outcome that will get him what he wants.
Background: Connor's date of birth is unknown, and his parents are unknown as well. In fact, his whole coming into being is unknown, up until the point that he was found on the front porch of the Phillips residence. He was found there as a baby, probably around two or three months old, and the twins managed to convince their parents to adopt him as their own little brother.
Connor was then brought up as one of the Phillips clan -- he was loved immensely by his brothers, since he spent more time with them when their parents weren't home. By the time he was three, his parents had enrolled him in the local daycare to make sure that he wasn't at home all the time, which the twins originally disagreed with, but have now got used to. After all, they can't take care of him all the time.
Subjects taken: N/A
Extra Info:
He's dyslexic.
He's red-green colour blind.
He was adopted as a baby, and his birthday is the day of his adoption as his actual birth date is unknown.

Meet Josh

Name: Joshua Ryder
Age: 15
Birthday: 7th July
Height: 5'4"
Eyes: Blue-green
Hair: Blonde
Body shape: Short, fairly slim
Favourite colour: Blue
Favourite food(s): Pizza, chocolate
Hobbies:
Acting -- Josh really enjoys acting. At times, it seems as if he is born for the stage, and it was one of the main reasons why he picked Drama as one of his options. At his previous school, he was known for playing the main part in many of the school's productions.
Singing -- Josh doesn't often sing outside in public, but he loves to sing in the shower. In fact, his brothers have often teased him because they've heard him belting out notes whilst the water's running, and once or twice they've recorded it and set it as his ringtone as a joke.
Hanging out with friends -- Despite the fact that he seems shy, once Josh gets to know a group of people he actually becomes a social butterfly around them. Of course, it takes him a little while, since he is usually rather shy and reluctant to meet new people unless necessary.
Dancing -- Of course, singing isn't the only reason why his brothers make fun of him from time to time. Josh loves to dance to pretty much anything, and can quite often be found dancing to blaring music in his room when he's meant to be doing homework. The neighbours have complained quite often because of the noise.
Good traits: Very friendly and open once you get to know him, a good singer and actor, quite a fast learner when it comes to things he's interested in, good with languages - in particular Spanish
Bad traits: Can be rather mouthy when irritated, picks up habits from others rather easily, occasionally doesn't think before he talks, over-exaggerates quite a bit, can quickly become jealous
Personality: Josh is a natural-born performer, who is rather introverted until he gets onto the stage. He is a very friendly person once he becomes comfortable with a person, and once he becomes friendly he becomes very loud, extroverted, expressive and playful.
Background:
Josh was born as the third of four boys. He grew up in a pretty happy household, with supportive parents and brothers to play with all the time. He was born in Tottenham, London, and grew up there for the majority of his life. He wasn't exactly popular in school, but he had quite a few friends - the majority of them were girls, which his older brother, Charlie, used to make fun of him for.
It wasn't until he was about 12 that he had his first kiss with a guy. He was a close friend of his, and he was staying over at his for the weekend when it happened. This was around the time that he realised that he actually liked boys more than he liked girls, and he actually developed a small crush on his friend. About a year after, he came out as gay to his older brothers, and then his parents. At first, he thought that they would turn him away, but they actually accepted him. It was the people in his class that didn't.
He didn't have any boyfriends at school, mainly because those that were gay or bisexual were afraid of coming out to their peers, so Josh was always alone when it came to being bullied about his sexuality. The only reason why he wasn't bullied much was because of his brother, Charlie -- he wasn't afraid to pick a fight with anyone for picking on his brother.
When he turned fifteen, his parents announced to him that they were moving to Weston, a small town in Manchester, leaving him barely any time to say goodbye to his friends before they left the week before the school term started. He did manage to say goodbye to his best friend, but he was the only one.
Subjects taken:
Drama
English Literature
Spanish
History
Extra Info:
Josh has three brothers: two older (Matthew & Charlie) and one younger (Nathanial)
When he was younger, Josh used to do a lot of gymnastics. Because of that, he is still fairly flexible.
He's part South African.

Meet Aleshia

Name: Aleshia Lynda Williams
Age: 16 (when introduced)
Birthday: 16th August
Height: 5'7"
Eyes: Dark brown
Hair: Black, permed
Body shape: Average
Favourite colour: Wine
Favourite food(s): Pizza, spaghetti; the majority of things Obed manages to cook
Hobbies:
Reading -- Aleshia has always loved to read. Ever since she could first read, her family have encouraged her to read and to enjoy it, since she isn't from an upper or middle class background, and she has loved it ever since. Her favourite books are Shakespeare's poems, and Chaucer's stories - the Canterbury tales especially.
Writing -- Aleshia has always dabbled in the literary arts - she loves to write stories, and poetry... pretty much anything that comes to her mind. And she's not a bad writer either - many of her poems have actually been published in her school newspaper over in America. She has a copy of each paper to prove it.
Dancing -- For many years, Aleshia has always wanted to join a dance group/club. She's a huge fan of all types of dancing, especially street dance and hip hop. Her older brother has sneaked her into night clubs in her home neighbourhood before, and she loves the dance atmosphere. She just hopes to go again soon.
Learning how to play the guitar -- She can't play the guitar very well, if at all, because she hasn't got a very musical ear when it comes to learning and playing music, but she likes to at least attempt it. Her sister is very good at it, so she often finds herself watching her.
Travelling -- Aleshia loves to travel. It's one of the main reasons why she chose to go on her school's Literature Foreign Exchange trip - so that she could see the world. She hopes to visit so many different countries in the world, and even has a Bucket List of places to visit before she properly settles down and has a family.
Good traits: Kind, caring, curious, willing to learn something new no matter the circumstance, cheerful
Bad traits: Can be too curious, craves attention some of the time, can be cheerful at inappropriate times, daydreams at inconvenient times
Personality: Aleshia is a curious, thoughtful dreamer, who has big plans for her future and for whatever she writes. She is always hopeful and cheerful, trying to make a situation brighter if she knows the people well enough. However, she is known for escaping from tough situations, or being overly cheerful when the situation calls for a serious aura.
Background: Aleshia was born in Brooklyn, New York, as the youngest of four children. She was brought up in a lower class home, where her father was always struggling and her mother always struggled to provide for them. Her grandmother also lived with them, and she cared the most for Aleshia whilst her older siblings were sent to school to study and try and succeed in their family. However, they all ended up dropping out of school to go and work and earn for the family.
When she was about nine or ten, her grandmother passed away, leaving her a necklace that she still treasures to this day. Her grandmother is still a family member that she cares a lot about, even though she's not alive any more. She was the one that first encouraged Aleshia to go to school.
When she first started high school, her parents weren't too sure about letting her go. They both believed that she would end up like her siblings - working to provide for the family and making sure that they didn't end up in poverty. After all, being in high school was the last stage before having a 'good' future, and if she passed, they wouldn't have enough money to send her to university. When she finally showed her mum how much fun she was having, though, she finally approved. It took a little longer for her to convince her dad, but now they fully support her in her school endeavours.
Subjects taken:
When she arrived in England, she was given the choice of studying the same subjects as the students at her exchange school. She chose:
English Literature
French
History
Spanish
Extra Info:
She also loves to act, and is known at school for being a part of a few of her school drama productions.
She has two older sisters and an older brother - their names are Kimberleigh, Brooklyn and Desmond.
In the future, Aleshia wants to pass on her knowledge - maybe after she's travelled the world. She wants to eventually become a teacher.
She keeps a locket that her grandmother entrusted to her when she died - she wears it all the time, and it's an item that she always keeps close to her heart. In it, there's a picture of her grandmother and her grandfather when they first got married, and then another picture of her parents when they first got married. They mean the world to her.

Meet Peter

Name: Peter Daniel Leister
Age: 21
Birthday: 15th March
Height: 6'1"
Eyes: Brown
Hair: Dark and wavy, short
Body shape: Tall, averagely sized – slightly built, but not too built
Favourite colour: Orange/Brown
Favourite food(s): Pizza; hamburgers; ham; Edam cheese; tropical fruits
Hobbies:
Writing – Peter has always been quite an artistic child, and so he’s always enjoyed writing and reading. It’s his way of expressing himself, and it was one of the only things that he was really good at – unlike his other siblings, he specialised in the arts instead of the sciences.
Poetry – As Peter likes the arts, he loves to read all different types of writing. His favourite is poetry, but he also likes to read prose and scripts. In particular, he loves reading Shakespeare’s sonnets, and he hopes to woo a girl with them one day.
Learning languages – Unlike his younger siblings, Peter loves to learn any and all languages. He doesn’t have a preference – he just wants to learn them and speak them so that he can travel to any country in the world and be able to talk to lots of different people.
Travelling – Peter loves to travel. By plane, boat, bus, bike – pretty much any mode of travel so that he can get to where he needs to be. He also loves to see the sights along the way. The only mode of travel that he will never take is car, because he has a fear of driving and travelling by car.
Cooking – Strangely, Peter has a love for cooking that he got from his father. He’ll never admit where he got it from, but (as he loves travelling) he loves to try and cook new meals that originate from countries all over the world. He is actually a very good chef, and if it weren’t for the strained relationship with his family he would have inherited the family restaurant business.
Good traits: Bold, talkative, independent, eager to learn, a quick learner, artistic, multi-lingual, intelligent
Bad traits: Can be very defensive and moody, has a tendency to say things without thinking through them first, can be very impulsive, has a dangerous temper that has got him into trouble many times, doesn't forgive easily - holds grudges
Personality: Peter can be seen as a very outgoing, very artistic guy. He’s not afraid to speak his mind, but he’s not afraid to try something new and doesn’t seem to have a problem with someone correcting him unless they go on about how wrong he was. Unlike his siblings, he’s not always happy-go-lucky, or smiley, but is often more serious. He also doesn't hesitate to hold a grudge against someone who has done him or his family wrong, and will hold that grudge until the person comes up with a suitable apology for him.
Background: As showed by AJ’s reactions to his name, Peter and Allison have quite a… tense history. Peter was born and lived in London with his family, growing up alongside an older sister and – when he turned eight – a younger sister as well. Unlike his brother, he grew up loving to read and study rather than playing sports outside with his friends. He was almost always found in his room, reading a book or poem to his teddies. He grew out of this by the time he was about ten, however, and instead he began to focus more on learning how to cook.
After Allison was born, he began to play a few sports – football being his favourite – and he gained many more friends that way. He didn’t play them much, though, and still liked to read and study a lot. He also began to focus lot on his little sister as well, and used to play with her and tease her a lot as she grew up – he also occasionally messed with her, as all big brothers do.
When he was sixteen, he, his older sister and his younger got into a car accident. This caused him to have back problems, but he also lost his older sister. Despite the fact that it was partially his fault that the accident happened in the first place, he blamed (and still does blame) his younger sister completely, which caused a rift between him, his sister, and also his father. This led to a huge family argument, which caused Peter to move out as soon as he turned 18.
Studying:
English Literature & French at University
Extra Info:
Peter has lasting back problems due to the car accident that he got into when he was sixteen. Because of this, he has back problems that cause him to have pains whenever he stands for too long or is in one position for too long.
Since then, he hasn’t visited the family often. For the first few years or so, he wrote letters frequently to his younger brother, James, but the frequency reduced over time and eventually the letters stopped.
Peter has a girlfriend, called Georgia. She is studying to become an engineer, and is only about a year younger than Peter himself. They have been dating for a few months, and she doesn’t know anything about his family… yet.
At one time, he dated Jodie's older sister Leila and the two had a pretty good relationship. When he left, they had a horrible break-up but since then, the two have slowly become friends. She is literally the only person from his past that he keeps in touch with now.

Meet Erika

Name: Erika Leister
Age: 48
Birthday: 7th September
Height: 5'3"
Eyes: Green
Hair: Dark and wavy, fairly short
Body shape: Short and slim, looks very young for her age
Favourite colour: Green
Favourite food(s): Pasta; cake; home-baked bread; anything home-cooked
Hobbies:
Cooking – As she is a chef, and a chef at her husband’s restaurant, Erika has grown to love cooking and creating her own recipes by adding a little. She has partly passed this passion on to her children over time, and this is why Rachel would love to inherit the restaurant business and AJ loves to cook.
Shopping – Like most women, Erika loves her shopping. In particular, she loves shopping for shoes and jewellery. She finds that getting shoes and jewellery that match always make an outfit complete, and she loves to look fashionable and young.
Singing – When she was younger, Erika was a member of her school choir. She loved it, and because of that she loves singing as well. Also, when she was younger, she and her adoptive siblings used to sing together in parts, which add to why she loves singing – it reminds her of when she was younger.
Baking with her children – Baking with her children has always reminded her of when they were younger, and this is something she treasures.
Spending time with her family – As a child, Erika had always loved the idea of having a big family, as she had been adopted and so didn’t have any biological brothers or sisters. This means that she greatly values having a family, and so she loves spending time with them and taking care of them.
Good traits: Kind and gentle, protective of those she loves, talkative, bubbly, friendly, encouraging, optimistic, unable to hold a grudge at all
Bad traits: Can sometimes be too protective, can be too talkative and chatty, can be scary when angry, has a scary temper
Personality: Erika is the eldest of four siblings, and is the only one of the four that was adopted. She also cares a lot for her family and people she considers family, because she has learned to value the family she has since she was adopted. She’s a very loving and caring mother, and if it weren’t for the fact that she loves to work outside the home she would make a very good housewife. She is willing to put others before herself – a trait that her children seem to have all inherited at different levels (from the completely loving and giving Rachel to the partially giving and very debatable Peter). She is also very unable to hold a grudge.
Background: Erika was abandoned as a child when she was two years old when her family decided to take a trip to Ghana. Her mother had taken her shopping at one of the markets and had left her behind on purpose, as they didn’t want her anymore. Her current mother – her adoptive mother – found her crying at one of the stalls and took her home, adopting her immediately. She then became the eldest of four children, but the only adopted one.
Erika grew up on a poultry farm, leaning how to take care of hens and such and farming eggs with her siblings so that her father could go and sell them at the market. She also learnt how to cook, clean, and bake bread with her mother, which are the skills that she has today.
As a teen, Erika attended a boarding school. As she was an older sister, Erika always took care of her little sister when they both were at boarding school, defending her from bullies and making sure she was fed and such.
After boarding school, she moved to England to go to university straight away. It was at university, whilst studying English Literature, that she met the person he would later go on to marry – Andrew Leister, who was studying Business and Economics. They got married when she was 21, and they couple had their first daughter when they were 23. They then had their next child – a son – two years later. After that, they focused on working and earning enough money to provide for their family, and Andrew spent his time working as a sorter at the Post Office. Erika worked as a Job Advisor at the local job centre.
When the couple were in their mid-thirties, they had a break-through with money and had their next two children – Allison and James – and then, in their early forties or so, they had Rachel.
When she was around the age of 45/46, her husband started off his restaurant and catering business with his brother. She helped him, of course, by doing a lot of the cooking for the catering of parties when they first started off as well as quitting her job to start cooking in the restaurant. When they eventually owned the restaurant on its own, she became one of the main chefs in the kitchen, her cuisine becoming a favourite of many of the customers in the restaurant.
Extra Info:
Even though it is actually her husband who is the head chef, she does the majority of the cooking and is actually in charge of the kitchen and all of the staff in it.
Despite the fact that she is adopted, she has never resented her real parents – she’s actually grateful to them that they’ve allowed her to find such a loving family to be a part of, because she knows she wouldn’t have been where she is if she hadn’t been left behind.
When she first moved to England, she began to search for her parents and tried to find them, but gave up when she met Andrew, because she fell in love.

Meet Allison

Name: Allison Jayne Leister
Age: 15
Birthday: 6th May
Height: 5'5"
Eyes: Dark brown
Hair: Dark brown, slightly curly, waist-length
Body shape: Slim, with slender fingers
Favourite colour: Red
Favourite food(s): Jollof rice; Ham & pineapple pizza; mangoes; bananas; smoked mackerel; grilled salmon; purple & red jelly babies; strawberry jam on toast
Hobbies:
Cooking - this is one of the ways she used to spend a lot of time with her dad when she was younger, and she always looks forward to learning new recipes and adjusting her own slightly to make them better. It's a trait she picked up from her dad.
Writing short stories - this she picked up from her mum, but it's the only type of Literature she'll actually tolerate. She doesn't enjoy writing poetry, and she'll only enjoy Literature if it's in English. But she loves writing short stories.
Learning to play the piano - she loves to teach herself how to play the piano, and has never had piano lessons in her life. Occasionally, she writes her own music (because in music class at school she learnt how to read and write sheet music) that's only for herself to listen to.
Reading fiction stories (mainly fantasy or action) - this, again, has to do with her love of prose and writing short stories. AJ really enjoys reading when she has the time.
...Pulling the occasional prank or getting on someone's nerves... - this is not something you will see often. My advice is that if you see her doing it, you either get her back for it, or you hold it against her for the rest of her life. It will bug her to no end, but it'll really reassure her that you're still good friends.
Good traits: Intelligent (has an IQ of about 135, which is seen as quite high or 'Gifted and Talented'), caring, friendly, fairly quiet, well-behaved, independent
Bad traits: Can be annoying, can be short tempered (when she's angry, she's actually very scary and can cause quite a bit of harm - whether verbally or physically), can be full of herself, seems a lot like a know-it-all, tries too hard to please others (occasionally)
Personality: AJ is generally a bubbly person. She is caring around her close friends, and usually does anything to make someone else comfortable, but finds quite a bit of amusement in annoying others. She can also be short-tempered and quick to talk back in arguments. She loves to cook and write. When she first meets people, she is seen to be a quiet, geeky girl, who prefers to do homework, but her mischievous side comes out when you get to know her better.
Background: She was born in London, England, and lived there for the first decade of her life before she moved with her family to a small town just outside London. She now lives in a town further out, and this is where she met the twins, and it’s where she goes to school now.
When she was younger, she used to play a lot of sports, such as Football, Rounders, Basketball and Netball. Once she turned fourteen, when her family made their second move, she stopped playing the sports and instead decided to focus on her studies. She was also a fairly quiet yet intelligent child growing up, but always had an innocent streak. That streak has somewhat faded over time, and has been replaced by mischief.
When she was eight years old, Allison's older sister was killed in a car accident before her very eyes. This has had a lot of impact on her family as well as Allison psychologically, but she is usually able to hide this until a person gets too close to her.
Subjects taken:
Triple Science
French
Geography
History
Extra info:
In the future, she would love to become a Forensic Analyst. She hopes to go to Harvard University to study Biochemistry before studying Forensics at Boston University. If she can't go to the States, she'd like to study at a top university in the UK, like Cambridge or Oxford.
She can wear contacts, and keeps a pair on her person at all times, but prefers wearing her glasses because she feels that they're more comfortable and safer.
She has a fear of cars and fast vehicles because of the accident - the only vehicles that she can travel in without having any sort of panic attack are buses and trains.
She is also afraid of spiders and moths.
She has two brothers and a sister that are alive, but she has two brothers and two sisters in total. One sister died, and one brother barely even sees the family anymore - AJ secretly fears that he has been disowned, as she barely talks about him and makes out that she hates him. This is only because of their tense relationship.

Meet Jodie

Name: Jodie Elizabeth Bailey
Age: 15
Birthday: 24th January
Height: 5'3"
Eyes: Green
Hair: Bright red/Ginger, Short
Body shape: Slim, but slightly on the muscular side
Favourite colour: Green – *emerald green*
Favourite food(s): Pizza (any topping); Ham & Cheese sandwiches; Spaghetti Bolognese; Sushi (she’s quite strange… and likes a variety of foods)
Hobbies:
Debating – Jodie has a knack for debating and arguing with people, especially teachers, to the point of being borderline-annoying. This has got her into trouble many times, and is the main cause of the majority of her detentions. However, her skills also managed to get her out of those detentions… the main reason why there are so few of them on her school record.
Dancing – Jodie is extremely outgoing and crazy, meaning that she is not afraid to express her emotions through song or dance. She loves to dance – the main reason is because when she and AJ were younger, they used to dance all the time together, so it’s a memory that she wants to keep.
Annoying people – This is only because she annoys them through debates, and because she loves debating, she loves annoying others as well.
Playing the bass – When Jodie was exploring the house when she was about 5, she found her mother’s old bass in the attic. She was so interested by it, that she began to try and start teaching herself the bass. Ever since then, she’s been teaching herself how to play without the help of a teacher or a class. Every once in a while, she and AJ get together and they play their instruments.
Playing football – Because Jodie is very much a tomboy, she thoroughly enjoys playing sports. Football is her favourite, and you can often find her playing out on the fields with other boys in the neighbourhood.
Good traits: Caring, friendly, bold, not afraid to stand for what is right, independent, strong-willed, tough
Bad traits: Annoying, short tempered (she’s a redhead, with a furious temper if you push her too far), loud, talkative, can be quite careless with what she says
Personality: Jodie is a head-strong, loud and bubbly tomboy that isn’t afraid to stand her ground. She’s never afraid to fight for what she believes is right, which makes her a natural leader, and will always stand up for people that are being bullied. She also loves debating, although she claims that she doesn’t care whether she wins or not. She tends to win the majority of the time, so no one can prove whether that’s true or not.
Background: Jodie was also born in London, England, and lived there for about eleven years until she had finished primary school. Her mother has always been close friends with AJ’s mother, so that’s how she and AJ became close in the first place. It was when she finished primary school that her father returned to England after ten years, and that was when he got the family to move to a town outside London – where the twins live. She managed to keep in contact with AJ the whole time that they lived apart, and their friendship became stronger again when they ended up going to the same high school.
She has always played a lot of sports, such as Football, Rounders, Basketball and Netball, and has always ranked them above her studies. Her grades haven’t ever been necessarily bad, but she knows that she could do better in her studies. She just can’t be bothered to put in the effort.
She is the only one that knows about AJ’s sister’s death in depth, because they have been close friends for such a long time and she’s the one that AJ completely trusts. Because of this, she has always been extremely protective of her best friend, and has even come to think of her as a sister.
Subjects taken:
Triple Science
Spanish
Citizenship
P.E.
Extra Info:
She has an older sister called Leila who is the same age as AJ’s older brother Peter – she is 8 years older than Jodie.
Her father works in the U.S., meaning that he is away from home a lot and lives the majority of the year in the USA. She only sees him a couple of times a year - on holidays when he returns home to see the family.
She wants to go into Politics and become a politician, and wants to study Politics at university. At the moment, she is willing to study subjects such as Sociology, Psychology and Critical Thinking to broaden her understanding of how people in the society around her work.

Meet James
Name: James Robert Phillips
Age: 15
Birthday: 19th July
Height: 5’5"
Eyes: Green/Brown/Hazel (They change colour with the lighting)
Hair: Red-Brown, straight, long-ish.
Body shape: Average
Favourite colour: Light blue
Favourite food(s): Green jelly babies; Pizza; Pasta; Burgers
Hobbies:
Piano. James took up piano when he was 9, and recently passed his Grade 4. He didn't start his Grade 5 immediately, choosing to learn a few other songs instead of launching back into exams.
Karate. Between the ages of 9 and 15, James managed to get to a first degree black belt in karate. It's one of the only sports he enjoys.
Drawing. James' bedroom walls are covered in drawings and sketches, messily tacked up with multi-coloured pins. He always carries a sketchbook, and is very overprotective of it.
Pranks. With his close-to-perfect grades, you'd never suspect that James was actually the brains behind almost all of Adam's pranks. The twins managed to develop their own explosives using school lab equipment, and the purple smoke it creates is considered their trademark by most of the students.
Good traits: James is always smiling, and he's definitely the go-to guy when you're feeling down. He's funny, caring, smart, and always has a joke or two up his sleeve. As a self-proclaimed junior inventor, he makes most of the things for his pranks by hand. He always looks out for the people he cares about, sometimes even putting himself in the firing line when they're in trouble.
Bad traits: Shy and not very outgoing, he often sits in the corner, and usually doesn't raise his hand very often in class. He can be sarcastic and snarky, and is often sleep-deprived, making him irritable and giving him a very short temper.
Personality: When he's actually had a full nights rest, he's typically very upbeat and cheerful, albeit rather quiet. When he hasn't, it's very easy to make him blow a fuse and he can be volatile, explosive and easily annoyed.
Background: As a child he was loud and confident, and he and his brother were glorified by their peers. After the death of his sister, however, he became far more reserved, and only spoke out when he had to. Around the age of 10, he became obsessed with the Sherlock Holmes books and magic tricks, and aspired to be as clever and talented as the men and women he read about so constantly.
Subjects taken:
Triple Science
French
Psychology
Art
Extra Info:
James has aspired to become a criminal psychologist for as long as he can remember and, though his options reflect this, he secretly wishes he'd chosen more creative options as he really wants to be a concept artist for Pixar Animation Studios.
Likes wearing novelty t-shirts.
He was hit by a car when he was eleven, the only time he's ever ended up in critical care. It almost hit Adam, and would have too, if James hadn't pushed him out of the way. He broke 5 ribs, his arm, and got a serious head injury. He was unconscious for 5 days, and wasn't let out of the hospital for almost month after he woke up.

Meet Andrew

Name: Andrew Leister
Age: 50
Birthday: 11th November
Height: 6'0"
Eyes: Brown
Hair: Balding
Body shape: Fairly muscular from the sports he used to do in his youth, tall, often described as a “Big Man”
Favourite colour: Blue
Favourite food(s): Any meat really; soup; noodles; fruits and vegetables in general
Hobbies:
Cooking – As he is a chef, and a chef at his restaurant, Andrew has grown to love cooking and creating his own recipes – especially when he’s doing it for other people. It is this passion that he’s passed on to his children over time, which is why Rachel would love to inherit the restaurant business and AJ loves to cook.
Playing FIFA – This is a pastime that he’s had with James ever since he was a young child. He enjoys spending time with his children, and as he also loves football, he loves to play football-themed video games with his son James. He finds that it is a great way to spend time with his son and get to know him… plus, he enjoys the friendly rivalry.
Watching Football – Andrew has always loved sports, and football has always been his favourite. Because of this, he enjoys watching it a lot, and is able to start up a conversation with pretty much anyone about the sport, whether it is a debate or just a casual conversation about the players and the teams. He supports Manchester United, like the rest of his family.
Teaching his children – Teaching his children is a way for him to spend time with them, and it’s also a way for him to pass on his knowledge. He enjoys doing this a lot, and he does this at every chance he gets. He also enjoys teaching his nephews and nieces occasionally, and any other children he considers family.
Spending time with his family – As a child, Andrew never really got to spend much time with his parents because they worked a lot and as a child, he and his brothers worked on the family farm. He doesn’t want that to happen to his children, so he makes a habit of spending as much time with them as he can and spending time with wife at every opportunity. He especially loves family gatherings, where he and his brothers often end up telling the children stories from their childhood.
Good traits: Kind, protective, intelligent, funny, sporty, encouraging, accepting of those around him and willing to forgive
Bad traits: On a first glance he actually looks quite scary, can be vicious/violent, sometimes too quiet, can be very strict
Personality: Andrew is the eldest of four brothers, which has turned him into a very mature and responsible man that cares a lot for him family. He also cares a lot for people he considers family, and he will take in those he considers family under his wing like his own children if he gets the chance. He’s also a man that admires intelligence, as his children are so intelligent, and is willing to teach others whatever he knows to make them better. He seems like a hard and scary man from the outside, but he is actually very kind and caring, and quite an introvert.
Background: Andrew was brought up in Ghana, West Africa, as the eldest of four sons, meaning that as a child he was responsible for making sure that his three brothers were taken care of at all times. He was the rock of the four siblings, making sure they were fed and cleaned every night before they went to bed. His parents owned a farm, meaning that the boys were always working on the farms when they weren’t at school. Andrew was always the one who did the most work, with the next one being his brother Samuel who is second eldest.
As a teen, Andrew attended a boarding school. Being the first of his brothers, he was always having to defend them from bullies and always made sure that they were okay during the school term whilst they were at school and before they went home, because if they weren’t alright his parents would have blamed him for it. During the holidays, he and his brothers would work on the farm at home, or would go to some of their uncles’ farms for some extra food and money for their family.
After boarding school, he moved to England to go to university straight away. It was at university, whilst studying Business and Economics, that he met the person he would later go on to marry – Erika Welsing, who was studying English Literature. They got married when he was 23, and they couple had their first daughter when they were 25.
At around the age of 47/48, he and his brother Samuel decided to open up their own restaurant and catering business as a family. For two years the brothers worked at the business together, before working it so that Andrew owned the restaurant side of the business whilst Samuel worked on the catering side, going to parties and serving food that they usually would at the restaurant but in bigger batches.
He is now the co-owner of the Leister Food Business, and the owner of Restaurant Leister.
Extra Info:
Andrew is actually the head chef at his restaurant, but because he spends a lot of time taking care of his family and keeping the restaurant up and running, he only does some of the cooking – Erika takes his place.
As a child, Andrew loved playing sports and was known at school for his athletic ability – this is why he seems to encourage his children to do sports, and is also the reason for their athletic ability.
Andrew was brought up learning how to cook, as his mother used to teach him when he was younger. He uses those skills to cook now, and he is also teaching them to his children.
He secretly hopes for Allison to take over the restaurant business, as he finds her more reliable and appropriate for the job, but wouldn’t mind if Rachel took over it instead.

Meet Rachel

Name: Rachel Mary-Ann Leister
Age: 8
Birthday: 29th July
Height: 4'6"
Eyes: Brown
Hair: Dark, curly and waist-length
Body shape: Tall for her age, and slim
Favourite colour: Purple
Favourite food(s): Pasta, chocolate, bacon, bananas, apples, most fruits in general
Hobbies:
Dancing – Rachel is a very energetic and playful girl, and also has a lot of rhythm. It is because of this that she enjoys dancing a lot to all types of music – jazz, hip hop, pop, rap, R&B… anything! She takes some dance classes for street dance and ballet.
Singing – Being the artistic girl she is, Rachel loves music. She, like her sister and her mother, has a relatively good singing voice, and so she loves to belt out notes every once in a while. She doesn’t take singing lessons anymore, because she didn’t like her teacher.
Learning how to play the piano – Because Rachel loves music, she also wants to play an instrument. As it is AJ’s favourite instrument, she wants to learn it as well because she admires her big sister so much. She’s been offered the opportunity to play other instruments, and is also learning how to play the guitar, but she loves the piano.
Drawing – Rachel is an incredibly artistic girl, and loves to draw and sketch anything she possibly can. She’s not too great at it yet, but she’s improving slowly, and she would love to get to the level of being able to sketch people accurately.
Reading poetry – English Literature is one of Rachel’s favourite subjects, and she loves poetry with a passion – along with music and drama. She loves reading poems, mainly because she finds them very interesting and they sound like songs n her head.
Good traits: Bubbly and cheerful, innocent, friendly, childish, playful, creative, artistic, outgoing, cares for those she is close to
Bad traits: Can be very overdramatic, has a terrible temper, can be over-protective of her family, can be careless, sometimes gets too hyper-active
Personality: Rachel is a cute, bubbly, friendly eight year old girl that had never really been the cause of anyone’s problems. She is easily lovable, and very innocent, so she is almost always smiling and cheerful and is always able to brighten someone’s mood. Despite this, she does actually have a dark side, but it doesn’t show often. Most of the time, she is known for her innocent and creative nature.
Background: Rachel was born just over two weeks after the death of AJ’s older sister, Deborah, so she never knew her personally – she only knows her from the stories she’s heard from her brother James. Despite this, she looks a lot like Deb, which scared her parents slightly when she was younger but they have gotten over it. She was one of the reasons why Peter left – she looked so much like Debbie that it hurt Peter to see her and so he avoided her, which angered his father. This fact has been kept from her, though.
As she was an artistic and talented child, Rachel was enrolled in lots of different classes when she was younger. As of now, she is taking piano lessons, guitar lessons, and she goes to dance classes – she takes both street dance and ballet classes.
Extra Info:
Rachel wants to be a professional dancer when she gets older.
She knows that she will be the one to inherit the family restaurant business – she doesn’t resent that fact, but she’s actually looking forward to it. She knows she probably won’t work in the restaurant, but she’d love to inherit it.

Meet James (Leister)

Name: James Eric Leister
Age: 12
Birthday: 13th November
Height: 5'6"
Eyes: Green
Hair: Dark, curly and short
Body shape: Tall and lanky – has muscle, but due to the length of his limbs they’re hard to see
Favourite colour: Green
Favourite food(s): Spaghetti Bolognese; Ham and cheese sandwiches
Hobbies:
Playing football – James is a very sporty, very athletic pre-teen, and so he loves his sports just as much as the next guy in his class – if not more. His favourite sport is football, as his dad enjoys it a lot as well, and so they are able to bond over it by watching football matches and such.
Going out on ‘adventures’ – This is something that he has been doing since he was young. When he was younger, James and Allison used to go out into the garden or the parks near to their home and go out ‘exploring’. They’d climb trees together and crawl through shrubbery, acting as if they were explorers out finding a new land. It was one of the few methods of bonding that they both enjoyed, and James loved it so much that he’s continued to do it as a teen, despite how childish it seems.
Playing on his X-box – James enjoys playing a variety of games on his X-box, from FIFA online with his friends to the different mission modes on Call Of Duty. You know that he’s on his X-box if he hasn’t come out of his room for hours, and this usually annoys his parents since it stops him from helping out around the house.
Watching surgeries and A&E programmes – Whenever James isn’t on his X-box or out playing football or on adventures, he spends his time watching hospital shows and seeing how surgeries happen. As he is very interested in surgery, he watches it so that he can learn how surgeries are performed.
Good traits: Kind, playful, caring, outgoing, friendly, athletic, intelligent (almost to the level of AJ when she was his age)
Bad traits: Can be very annoying, can be very loud, can be over-the-top, can be very lazy, accident prone – he almost always injures himself playing sport or out on ‘adventures’, although they are usually very small
Personality: James is very outgoing and playful, and loves to play sports a lot. He loves to joke around with his family and friends in particular, and isn’t afraid to stand up for what he believes in or make a show out of anything. There’s only so far that he will go with his joking around, though, and he is very defensive of his sisters – he’ll do anything to protect them. His outgoing self has an impact on the people around him, but he tries to tone it down every once in a while.
Background: James feels that his childhood has been relatively normal, mainly because he was too young to understand when his older sister had died. He lived with his family in London until he was about seven or eight years old, and then they all moved out to a small town just outside London. It was here that he developed his love for sports over the three years that they lived there, and he joined a football team and an Athletics team to fill up his free time.
After they had moved to their new home, James continued with the sports, and now plays football for one of the local teams.
Extra Info:
James wants to go into Medicine when he grows up, as he loves the sciences very much like his older sister. He wants to be a Surgeon or a Clinician working in the A&E.
He’s not very squeamish around blood, and actually loves dissection – if you gave him a frog to dissect, he would do it willingly.

Meet Adam

Name: Adam Flynn Phillips
Age: 15
Birthday: 19th July
Height: 5’5"
Eyes: Green/Brown/Hazel (They change colour with the lighting)
Hair: Red-Brown, straight, long-ish.
Body shape: Thin, lean, and lightly toned.
Favourite colour: Bright luminous green
Favourite food(s): Purple jelly babies; Chilli fries; Bacon; Skittles
Hobbies:
Guitar. Adam has been learning guitar since he was seven years old, and has recently passed his Grade 5. He instantly started the theory course for Grade 6, which he is working on currently. He's also attempted to write his own stuff, with the help of his tutor, but he'd never play them for anyone.
Football. To him, this has become less of a hobby and of more importance than his homework in the last year or so. Striker for his high school team.
Flirting. He might have never had a girlfriend, but he certainly knows how to make every girl in the school fall at his feet. The only reason he hasn't had a girlfriend, is that he doesn't want one. He prefers to stay completely unattached, which, as he knows, only makes everyone want him more.
Misdemeanours. Adam has a habit of getting into trouble, and broke the school record for the most detentions served in a single term when he was in Year Nine. His favourite pranks usually involve explosives, and these have become his trademark. He's almost been expelled twice, but his parents refuse to send the twins to different high schools.
Good traits: Despite his pretty non-caring attitude, Adam does have a soft side. He's very protective of his friends and family, and will do anything to keep his brother safe. The real Adam, behind his loud persona, is a very caring person with a seriously messed up past that he just wants to cover up. He's athletic, funny, and - surprisingly - an awesome cook.
Bad traits: Outwardly, Adam is flirtatious, arrogant, and loud, and loves to be the centre of attention. He can be pretty full of himself at times, and often appears ignorant and brash. He's cheeky, annoying, and almost always gets his own way. He has a habit of 'bottling' how he feels, refusing to vent even to James or Oliver. He's self-defensive, awkward, and shuts himself up in his room for hours on end. His room, by all standards, is a mess, but he's never shown any inclination of tidying it.
Personality: Adam's personality is very different to how he portrays himself. He tries to show himself off as somebody strong, somebody in control. But, really, he isn't. He's never felt strong at all. If anything, he's as broken as you get. Once you get to know him, and he trusts you, he might tell you why, but, until then, you'll never really know the real Adam behind the persona. And, really, that's how he wants it.
Background: As a child, and still now, Adam's parents would work away for long periods of time, leaving him, James, and Amy by themselves at home. Occasionally their Nanna would babysit them, but very occasionally. Then, the worst possible scenario that could possibly play out occurred. A house fire. Adam and James were nine, and their sister was six. Adam only just managed to pull James out conscious, but failed to rescue Amy. He has consistently blamed himself for her death ever since. (Full story here: x)
Subjects taken:
Triple Science
French
P.E.
Electronics
Extra Info:
Adam has always aspired to follow in his father's footsteps and become a successful business man. On 'Take Your Child To Work Day' there was never any arguments, because Adam always wanted to go with his dad, and James always wanted to go with his mum.
Adam has self harmed in the past. He has also attempted suicide. This part of his past may potentially be mentioned.
Always wears long sleeves. He doesn't take his blazer off in school unless he's wearing his undershirt for football, and always wears a jacket outside of school - even if it's almost 40°C out.
Adam's been in critical care twice. The first time he was 6, and he'd fallen down roughly 60 stairs. He broke both of his arms, three ribs, and his foot, and lost a lot of blood. He still limps on his left foot, as the bones didn't set straight. The second time, he was 14, and it was after his first serious suicide attempt. He'd taken around 30 pain killers, and by the time James had found him, he was unconscious and his liver was shutting down. He was rushed to A&E.

Meet Obed

Name: Obed Joseph Leister
Age: 15
Birthday: 23rd July
Height: 6'0"
Eyes: Brown
Hair: Dark, afro
Body shape: Tall and lanky – has muscle, but due to the length of his limbs they’re hard to see
Favourite colour: Orange
Favourite food(s): Barbecue chicken; steak; beef; lamb; any kind of meat (apart from liver or kidney); barbecue chicken pizza
Hobbies:
Playing basketball – This is pretty much the only sport that Obed can play comfortably because of his height. He plays basketball at any chance he can get, and is known for playing a lot of it around the school – quite of the girls fawn over him because of it. He hopes to eventually get a scholarship to the states to play NBA basketball professionally – it’s a childhood dream of his.
Flirting – Obed is a flirt. He enjoys having the girls in his classes fawn over him, especially just after he’s been playing basketball – mainly because the girls literally fight over who caters to his needs. He knows that it annoys his cousin, which is why he does it so much. He doesn’t know why the ladies are so attracted to him, though.
Dancing – Strangely, Obed is a huge fan of dancing. He loves all kinds of dance – street, salsa, tango, break, pop, lock, hip hop… pretty much anything. This is mainly due to the fact that the family loves dancing, and so he was brought up to love it himself. Because he loves dancing, he is also a huge fan of music, but doesn’t play any instruments.
Playing X-box – This is probably the only place where Obed will play games other than basketball. When on his X-box, Obed enjoys playing online on games such as Call Of Duty, especially when he is playing on the same team as Jake or Jodie. The three of them seem to make an excellent team, ‘invincible’ as Jodie calls them.
Reading – Out of the two males that are Allison’s close friends, Obed is the only one that enjoys reading. He’s actually the only one of the two that bothers to read, because of his love of literature. He also enjoys writing poetry, although he never shares any of his poems because he fears that Jake will make fun of him for them.
Good traits: Kind, optimistic, friendly, always willing to learn (up to a certain point), athletic, forgiving, faithful to his family (family always comes first for him, meaning he is very defensive of Allison)
Bad traits: A flirt quite a lot of the time, can be very full of himself, clumsy because of his height, slow, can be over-protective
Personality: Obed is a generally kind and caring guy that loves to play basketball and occasionally flirt with girls. He cares a lot about how people are feeling, which is why he occasionally flirts with the girls, but he won’t flirt with a girl to the point of making her fall in love with him – he considers that cruel. He considers his family very dear to him and cherishes the fact that he has a family
Background: Obed grew up being the eldest of three children, and had a pretty regular childhood compared to the rest of his friends. He grew up loving football and wanting to play it constantly, until he had his first growth spurt at the age of about 10. From then on, his dream changed to wanting to play basketball for the rest of his career life, because he found he was tall enough and more than able to play.
As a child, he was always athletic and had the ability to play any sport. However, at home, he always loved helping his mum out in the kitchen with the cooking, and when his dad and Allison’s dad first started their catering company together, he was often found in the kitchens with Allison, helping out with the cooking and the serving. This is the main reason why the cousins are so close.
Subjects taken:
Triple Science
French
P.E.
Art
Extra Info:
Obed hopes to become a professional basketball player in the future, and play in the NBA for a good team in the US, like Miami Heat.
He has never really considered university, but he feels that he would love to go into teaching if he ever did have to choose something other than basketball, or have to do anything else in his life.

Meet Jake

Name: Jacob ‘Jake’ Trent
Age: 15
Birthday: 7th December
Height: 5'7"
Eyes: Brown
Hair: Dark, short
Body shape: Slightly muscular, but not so much as to seem built
Favourite colour: Blue
Favourite food(s): Chocolate (it’s a guilty pleasure and a bad habit he can’t seem to get out of); bananas; hamburgers and chips; hot dogs; barbecue sauce on pretty much any meat; mashed potatoes (only if they don’t have milk or cream added)
Hobbies:
Maths – He has an insane love for maths. Like, more than what is considered normal. He could literally spend a whole day doing maths and not get bored or upset with it. It is for this reason that he is usually used to teach or tutor the other maths students in his class, because he seems to get everything in a way that no one else (apart from AJ) does.
Playing on his X-box – Like most boys, Jake is a huge gamer-guy. He loves his X-box to bits, and he probably couldn’t live without it. He spends the majority of his free time playing games such as Halo and Call Of Duty online on his X-box – Jodie seems to find this amusing, and constantly picks on him because of it.
Playing football – Like most of the boys his age, Jake loves to play football. He plays on the school team, and is usually in midfield, but can play up front as a striker. His favourite time to play football is when it is raining, which annoys his mum a lot because he walks straight into the house with muddy trainers or football boots and leaves her to clean up the mess.
Playing basketball with Obed – Because Obed doesn’t really spend much time playing any of the other sports, Jake spends most of his time with the guy playing basketball. At school, if Jake isn’t playing football on the field, then he’s on the courts with Obed practicing lay-ups and three-pointers. He’s been to a couple of basketball games with Obed, and has a couple of basketball shirts that he likes wearing around the house – don’t be surprised if you visit him only to find him in one of those shirts and a pair of boxers.
Joking about with people – he tends to joke around a lot, especially in class with Jodie. This usually irritates their teacher, and so they are often split up and put on opposite ends of the class. This doesn’t stop them from occasionally yelling out at each other across the class.
Good traits: Trustworthy (you could trust him with your darkest secret, and he would never tell), sporty, playful, ever-optimistic, intelligent
Bad traits: Can be overly laid-back, seems like a know-it-all at times, can have a short attention span, has an obsession over things he can’t have – e.g. chocolate
Personality: Jake is a very playful and sporty guy, and is pretty much a regular boy. He enjoys teasing every once in a while, but prefers to joke with others because he doesn’t particularly enjoy hurting people’s feelings. Because he is very sporty, he’s able to begin and participate in almost any conversation about football. He’s very kind hearted and giving at times, and will keep a secret if it means something to someone. He’s also very optimistic about everything, and it’s very hard to make him upset. Whenever he gets upset about something or mad at someone, then you know that something is very wrong.
Background: Jake was born in the town that he lives in now, and has lived there for all of his life. When he was born, his mum was about 18 and had broken up with his father already, so she was young and pretty much unable to take care of him alone. Until he turned about three, he lived with his grandmother whilst his mother tried to find work and earn enough money so that they could find their own place. Once they’d found their own place to live in, the two of them stayed there until his mother remarried when he was seven. After that, they moved to a bigger house in the town with her new husband.
When AJ first moved to the high school in the area, Jake had a crush on her, but after finding out that she didn’t return his feelings, the two of them became very close friends – she trusts him almost as much as she trusts Jodie, but not to as deep a level.
Subjects taken:
Triple Science
Spanish
P.E.
Business Studies
Extra Info:
He’s lactose intolerant – Jodie and AJ are constantly reminding him of this, and are always having to wrestle milk chocolate from him to avoid him from getting stomach cramps and vomiting
He has two younger half-sisters – aged 6 and 8 – and a baby half-brother – aged 15 months.
Because of his love of Maths, Jake wants to go into either Accountancy and own his own Accounting firm, or go into Architecture and make his mark in his hometown.
