I was just trying to make pancakes - as a night snack after work. One moment it was batter and humming along to the kitchen fan, the next - fire everywhere ( ˶°ㅁ°)!!

I managed to put it out, but the stove’s completely ruined - and I don't have enough money to replace it. Here to days without baking, cooking or Neko & Kinako.

I sat on the floor for a while after that. I think the tiles still smelled faintly like lemon soap.

I started my morning cleaning the house. There’s something comforting about it—the squeak of tiles, and the smell of lemon soap. It helped fill the quiet. A little bit 𖹭

Later, while I was setting up the stall, I got the strangest message from Thi. She said she had a dream about me. Something about Grim, no face, and... danger?! (｡>﹏<) I laughed it off, but still. Maybe I’ll double check the locks tonight. Just in case?...

Neko & Kinako only made §60 today. Not great… but it’ll have to do for now ( ◡̀_◡́)ᕤ

Before she left, she hugged me like it was a promise ♡

The apartment already feels a little too quiet. It's been a while since I was on my own, I noticed she left her cup on the table - and laughed, she's not really good at keeping things clean ( > 〰 < )♡

On her last morning, I gave Thi Linh a friendship bracelet ( ˶ˆᗜˆ˵ ) just beads and string, but she held it like it mattered.

We danced in the kitchen, no music. Just socks on the rug and the quiet knowing that she’d be leaving soon ; (◞‸◟)

On a whim, I wandered off into Beard Beard Cove. I wasn’t expecting it to feel so still. The quiet hums differently in caves. Like it knows you’re listening -`♡´-

I found a fossil tucked in limestone. Maybe it’s ancient. Maybe it’s just a rock. But the carvings on the wall told a story with initials left behind by lovers. But, wait, Who leaves love in a pirate cave? (╹-╹)?

I carried it home in my palm the whole way back. Just in case it’s magic ⋆˚࿔

Thi Linh and I biked out to the coast today 𓆝 ⋆. She swore the tide was “calm enough to float in without fear,” which I later learned just meant she wanted to dunk me and laugh about it. We spent the afternoon swimming, sun-soaked and silly.

We took photos on the shore before heading back—she called it “documentation for friendship purposes.” I think I looked like a seaweed ghost in half of them, but... I don’t think I’ve laughed that freely in a while ⸜(｡˃ ᵕ ˂)⸝♡

I decided to take a stroll in the morning, the air smelled like wet grass and salt. I didn’t mind - my bike basket had fresh flowers and a bakery tin, and I felt like I was delivering something meaningful, even if it was just to myself >ᴗ<

I made a donation to the Sulea Tiger Sanctuary today. They call it the Cub Club (⋆ᵕᴗᵕ⋆)੭. It just feels good, knowing I’m part of something gentle.

Thi Linh’s been here a few days now. It started with a TV premiere ♬⋆.˚ and turned into midnight snacks, and soda-fizz giggles.

This morning, she told me about a cat who used to steal trinkets and it made everyone believe break-ins are a common thing in Tomarang. She laughed, saying it was a secret she’d been saving for years.

It’s been... unexpectedly comforting, having her here. Like a warm bun and a shared story. Sticky fingers and all. (⁎ᵕᴗᵕ⁎)

This morning, just as I was sitting down with my cup of tea, a message from Thi Linh popped up. She asked if she could stay over for a few days ( ˶o˶˶o˶) !!

I hesitated. We’re not exactly close… is this how things work in Tomarang? People just show up in your life with full hearts and open arms? 𖹭

Still, there was something honest in her words. And truthfully, I wouldn’t mind a little company either. So I said yes.

Maybe this is how friendships steep—slowly, gently, like tea left to bloom in quiet water ☕︎ྀི

I was ready to go home with a full tray and an empty wallet (╥‸╥) But somehow… I sold out. Every pastel-frosted cupcake. Even the plain doughnut. $62 isn’t much — but tonight, it felt like a fortune ⊹₊⟡⋆

I wasn’t expecting a crowd — but no one? That stung a little ; (◞‸◟) Just as I was thinking about packing up early, a girl walked over.

Her name was Thi Linh. She said my cupcakes looked amazing. Thi didn’t buy anything - seemed in a rush - but her words stayed with me. Then, like ⋆˚࿔ magic ⋆˚࿔ after she left… a line started to form.

That night, I packed up my little homemade stall and wheeled it down to the Tomarang Night Market ✧｡٩(ˊᗜˋ )و✧*｡

Technically? Yeah… I’m not supposed to set up there. But hey — a girl’s got to make a living somehow, right? And if a few sweet buns happen to find their way into hungry hands… well, who’s really losing?

Then Tokiboo the sim god - made me bake cupcakes and sweets. It was hard work, ngl. I'm starting to debate my dream for a cafe - but, hi, at least I didn't drop any eggs into the batter. I think? (•ᴗ•,, )

And then... I got hungry, so figured cooking might be right - OH! did I mention I have a dream of having my own cafe?! ◝(ᵔᗜᵔ)◜ I know, big dreams for someone who's currently renting someone's apartment. . .

Starting your own life can be scary (╥﹏╥)! So I'm trying to pick up as many cozy, creative, skills I can. Like, knitting! I always wanted a cute scarf - - oh, wait. I'm knitting a hat right now (≖⩊≖)

Hello ya'll, Mochi's here ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ I recently heard I'm a legacy founder, so I had to rush to the library to find more about it. Apparently it translates to trials and horrors, oh and some fame ⟡

But enough about that, I'm in Tomarang now - as that deemed like the best place to start a legacy. I'm renting a small apartment in Taka Soi 15, my landlord, Vanesha, is pretty nice - besides her weird rules. Her sister, Zhafira, however, is a bit sus ( •̀ - •́ )...
