Tai and Rave

Raven Branwen. A cold, some would even call heartless, woman. How on earth did Taiyang Xiao Long, a.k.a Sunny D, the player boy win her over? One rumor said he hypnotized her, another that she was only using him. None true. The real reason was only really known to her and she refused to share it. That being said, now it is being released to the public, the true reason Raven Branwen of the Branwen twins went out with Taiyang Xiao Long.

Little was known about the elder of the twins, though, one thing was certain, her maturity level was far beyond those of her peers. She often kept to herself and even went so far as to avoid one particular member of her team. Can you guess who? The player. The one withthe least amount of brains and only brawn, Taiyang.

While the blonde did lack brains, he was rather persistent. Once he had fallen for Raven, he fell hard. He was absolutely smitten. That being said, he was like a puppy following a piece of meat he so desperately wanted. He was the classic lover boy doing the whole act. He would serenade and deliver gifts. All of these acts had been deemed pathetic by the Branwen female.

This, though, did not stop the man.

Raven finally gave in after two solid years of this buffoonery. She accepted one single date and followed along with his act. He deserved a chance, so Summer and Qrow had convinced her. After an hour of begging, she said yes.

The date consisted of going out together at the Vytal Festival. He won her a large teddy bear, which she would eventually leave to Yang. He bought her a decent meal of ramen at the noodle shack. All of which ended with one large question. "Will you go out with me?"

Raven was caught off-guard, to say the least.

She admired his persistence. Taiyang was the first male to treat her in such a manner. He called her beautiful and endless names all pointing to beauty. It was sweet. She couldn't help but feel excited, almost. His passion towards her forced her to at least give it a chance. A "yes" and several months later, they were the Beacon Academy Power Couple.

Why Raven Left

Okay, but what if Raven actually wanted to stay, but thought Taiyang was too good for her and that's why she left? Like, she acts distant, but obviously watches over Yang. What if she watches over Tai, too? He was her first lover and obviously one she had a child with. I don't think she's heartless, just doing what she believes is best for them. and that is her not being in the picture. OR Something is after her and she's staying away to keep them safe? She's a huntress. She's bound to make some enemies. I could see both, honestly. Idk, man.
