“He seems like he would be definitely sensitive talking about this topic...When should we approach him?”

Frisk was definitely sensitive about talking of her past, it brought her many horrors and traumas, it wasn’t nice. She doesn’t know anything about Sans’ problems so it’s not going to be easy of what words to actually say, it might be a trigger to his problems, causing him to be sensitive about it. If Frisk had the chance, she would give Sans an award for hiding secrets for his whole life. Frisk doesn’t deserve that award, she already spilled to Maranwe, though she shoudl probably spill it to Sans. Frisk sighed, hopefully it was going to be alright.

“I’m just so scared, he might hate me for this. After all, I don’t like people talking about my problems.”

Maranwe opens her eyes and groans softly to herself. What happened? She pushes herself into a sitting position and brushes the snow off her coat. "Wait, snow?" She blinks hard a few times to get the magenta glow of her eyes back down to their normal brightness, then looks around. This is not the last place she last remembers being... But it does appear to be Snowdin forest... Hopefully. One snowy forest does tend to look just like another.

Frisk was humming a song she just learnt from Sans and walked around the Snowdin forest. She talked to Lesser Dog and Doggo along the way. She played around with the puzzles made for her by Papyrus and somehow messed up one and it had changed to a new solution. Frisk panicked and ran away, crashing into someone. Frisk tumbled over before landing on her face.

“O-Ouch…”

Frisk quickly sat up, then realized she had hit someone. She immediately ran to the person, scared that they might get mad. Not worrying about her own self.

“S-Sorry! Are you okay?”

“h-hey we could talk about babies another time.”

Sans could definitely see the curiosity in Joann’s eyes, yes they are very pretty in his opinion but it would be a way to early start to make babies, who knows, maybe Joann wouldn’t like him anymore in the future. He sighed and took a bite of Pap’s spaghetti, it was really getting better as the days pass, it’s a wonder how he was getting better.

“So~ How’s the sleep? Pretty good? Because you were sleeping together~”

“NYEH HEH HEH, SANS HASN’T SLEPT WITH ANYONE FOR A LONG TIME, INCLUDING THE GREAT PAPYRUS!”

Frisk had a mischievous smile to her words, though Papyrus didn’t catch on to what she actually meant. Frisk knew this was going to be part of her life, teasing the new couple all the time. Hopefully Papyrus would join in. Innocently. Papyrus had no idea of what Frisk meant but he went along to what she spoke.

“uh you okay there kiddo?” 

Sans stared at Joann, unsure what could be ‘wrong’ with her. He chuckled, it was a funny sight after all. 

“whats up with ya?” Sans questioned, awaiting for an answer.

“You are right, I’m not alone....Sorry..”

Frisk shook her head, she had Sans, Papyrus and Maranwe, she wasn’t alone. She took in a deep breath to remind herself of that, she was fine. Hopefully. She got back on track and nodded, maybe the words that will come out will be done on spot, so they probably should worry. After all, the words would come from heart.

“When the time comes? Huh...I hope I don’t hurt Sans though...”

Maranwe opens her eyes and groans softly to herself. What happened? She pushes herself into a sitting position and brushes the snow off her coat. "Wait, snow?" She blinks hard a few times to get the magenta glow of her eyes back down to their normal brightness, then looks around. This is not the last place she last remembers being... But it does appear to be Snowdin forest... Hopefully. One snowy forest does tend to look just like another.

“b-babies? frisk? what?”

Sans blinked slowly at the situation in front of him, that was not the reaction he had expected. Frisk’s question caught him off guard, he had so many imagines of them having a baby, he wasn’t even sure how it would work, he was probably going to kill Frisk for asking that question but he would let it slide.

“NYEH NYEH HEH, WELL NEW COUPLE, I MADE YOU SOME OF MY GREAT SPAGHETTI TO CELEBRATE!”

“Darn it. It would be more fun with your future babies around. I’m too lazy to wait, hurry up, I’m super lonely!”

Papyrus places plates of spaghetti, as usual, and sat down and got ready to eat his amazing masterpiece. Frisk chuckled, it was so much fun to tease the couple, though she really wants small versions of them to be here already. Frisk dug in into the spaghetti, she gotten used to eating spaghetti all the time. Sans shrugged and sat down, letting go of Joann’s hand.

“uh you okay there kiddo?” 

Sans stared at Joann, unsure what could be ‘wrong’ with her. He chuckled, it was a funny sight after all. 

“whats up with ya?” Sans questioned, awaiting for an answer.

“Maybe I could teach him one day, or maybe one day he would be better at making spaghetti. Wait Undyne teaches him? Oh no please don’t make her feed me her food.”

Frisk gasped in surprise, Papyrus had been taking lessons from Undyne. Undyne was going to be her new friend, was she going to feed Frisk...not tasty food? Frisk coughed at that, she wondered if she was going to survive, she meant her stomach.

“O-Oh right, yes let’s go..”

Frisk had lesser motivations, okay she really didn’t like Papyrus’ spaghetti, so she wondered about Undyne’s cooking. But maybe she could find her way out of eating her food, hopefully. Frisk nodded and walked, checking if Jay was following her.

Jay relaxed. So it really was a first-time Frisk. How interesting.

“Okay, I’m sorry to have asked such a thing. I know you wouldn’t, but I had to be sure. Couldn’t have you doing bad stuff, right? I’ve got friends to protect, you know?” Which was true. If Frisk had been hurting people, she would have done something about it. No matter what.

“I’m glad you’ve made friends. They’re very nice down here, aren’t they? You have a favorite friend so far?”

“It’s okay! Everyone has the right to assume.”

Frisk smiled, although really, she felt slightly offended, but it should be fine, Frisk had a heart of determination. She wasn’t going to stay offended, she had better things to do like making more friends.

“Yes friends..They are all very nice! I really like Papyrus! He is very funny! But don’t eat his spaghetti...it’s...interesting?”

Frisk remembered the spaghetti Papyrus made, it...really wasn’t good but Sans asked Frisk to say it’s good, don’t want to hurt the happy go lucky Papyrus’ heart, so Frisk had a thumbs up ready after every tasting of his spaghetti.

“I wish I could have a sibling..It is quite lonely without my...parents. A-Anyway! What should we say to Sans? I’m quite nervous about this..”

Frisk hummed in understanding, it seemed like having a sibling would be really fun and not lonely. Frisk couldn’t stop herself from mentioning her parents, who caused her to have a slight flashback, but she shook her head, they are talking about Sans not herself. It’s just some flashback, not much to worry about. Frisk went back to the subject and wondered how would the situation of confronting Sans about his problems play out. She might say the wrong things that may cause Sans to hate her, and she might say the right things that would make Sans spill about his problems.

Sans slightly blushed, they may have done this before but this time he felt really comfortable with Joann, holding her hand. Sans opened the door and headed down to the kitchen with Joann, to find Frisk sitting on a chair by the table and Papyrus making spaghetti as usual. Frisk was reading a book before she turned her head to the sight of the new couple holding hands and threw her book up to the ceiling, where it is...stuck and it seems like it’s going to stay on the ceiling now. Frisk screamed in joy, causing Papyrus to flip his spatula in the air but thankfully he caught it. Papyrus looked to what the commotion was about and saw the new couple holding hands.

“NYEH NYEH HEH, SANS, I AM PROUD OF YOU”

“HOLY MOLY YOU GUYS ARE HOLDING HANDS, AND WAIT JOANN WHERE ARE YOUR BABIES?”

Sans stared at Joann, unsure what could be ‘wrong’ with her. He chuckled, it was a funny sight after all. 

“whats up with ya?” Sans questioned, awaiting for an answer.

“alright then”

Sans got up and got off the bed, stretching slightly, it was nice to get out of bed after laying on it awake for the night. He did it for 2 minutes, feeling refreshed already, and looked back to Joann. He held out his hand for her, maybe it wouldn’t be so awkward as before.

“let’s go?”

Sans stared at Joann, unsure what could be ‘wrong’ with her. He chuckled, it was a funny sight after all. 

“whats up with ya?” Sans questioned, awaiting for an answer.

“nah, it’s just 9:30 in the morning. want to get up and eat some of paps’ spaghetti?”

Sans chuckled, Joann was pretty cute doing that. He sat up, it was slightly tiring to be staying in the same position the whole night, but he didn’t bother because he couldn’t sleep anyway. Hopefully maybe some of Papyrus’ spaghetti would keep him energized, but he was lazy anyway, it didn’t matter.

“whats up with ya?” Sans questioned, awaiting for an answer.

“oh hey, you awake?”

Sans had been awake the whole time, still humming. He noticed that Joann was finally awake and smiled. He looked at the clock nearby and noticed that it was around 9:30 am. By now, Papyrus would be making spaghetti and Frisk would be walking down to the table. He shrugged, maybe he should have tried to sleep.

Sans stared at Joann, unsure what could be ‘wrong’ with her. He chuckled, it was a funny sight after all. 

“whats up with ya?” Sans questioned, awaiting for an answer.

Sans knew for a fact that negativity cannot be avoided anyway, it’s everywhere, no matter what you do, there would be always negativity. Sans hummed a song he heard, if you place an umbrella on the statue in the Waterfalls, which Frisk had did, you would hear a nice tune. Sans hummed the tune over and over, he was starting to like it, it was a simple nice tune. He stared at Joann, smiling and hoping that Joann had a nice sleep.

Sans noticed the shift and wondered if Joann was awake, probably slightly, due to his humming. He hadn’t hummed in a very long time, maybe because of his problems, he wasn’t...happy that much. He shook his head, he didn’t want to remember anything else, why had negativity sprung up again, even though Joann had healed him? He wasn’t sure, but it was less than before. He hummed again, trying to distract himself from what he previously thought.

Sans stared at Joann, unsure what could be ‘wrong’ with her. He chuckled, it was a funny sight after all. 

“whats up with ya?” Sans questioned, awaiting for an answer.

Sans stared at Joann for the rest of the night, he couldn’t really go back to sleep, maybe he should drink more often so he could sleep well. But that would make Joann worry, which wasn’t good, things come with a cost after all, he sighed knowing that. Sans decided to hum a tune, he did play the guitar after all, he knew a bit about music. He hummed a nice soft tune, he did feel quite happy that finally him and Joann were together, so he always hummed a tune when he felt happy. But he suddenly stopped because he realized he hadn’t hummed in a long time.

Sans held Joann close, the thought of them finally being together for real made him smile, he achieved something. Sans noticed that Joann had fallen asleep quite quickly and chuckled, she did seem quite tired after all. She needed her sleep. Sans stared at Joann as she slept, did he really deserve her? Why had she chosen him? He shook his head, no time for negativity.

Sans blushes at the quick kiss, he didn’t have much time to kiss back but it’s alright, he could try again next time. He smiled happily, so Joann did want to be his girlfriend after all the shit he had done to her, though he shouldn’t be thinking so negative, he smiled and patted her head.

“alright alright, go to sleep, get some rest, i’ll just be here.”

Sans knew for a fact he probably couldn’t go back to sleep. Then he realized his headache had lessen, he didn’t notice till now, maybe that kiss did help, or maybe it’s just the medicine that finally kicked in.
