Sword Art Online Movie: Ordinal Scale

       In 2022, the world of virtual reality was upended by the arrival of a new invention from a genius programmer, Akihiko Kayaba, called NerveGear. It was the first full-dive system, and with it, came endless possibilities to VRMMORPGs.

       In 2026, a new machine called the Augma is developed to compete against the NerveGear and its successor, the Amusphere. A next-gen wearable device, the Augma doesn't have a full-dive function like its predecessors. Instead, it uses Augmented Reality (AR) to get players into the game. It is safe, user-friendly and lets users play while they are conscious, making it an instant hit on the market. The most popular game on the system is "Ordinal Scale" (aka: OS), an ARMMORPG developed exclusively for the Augma.

     Asuna and the gang have already been playing OS for a while, by the time Kirito decides to join them. They're about to find out that Ordinal Scale isn't all fun and games...

Chronos Ruler Anime Reveals 2nd Key Visual, July 7 Premiere

       Prior screening and talk show of television animation "Time ruler" by Peng Jie (Pongee) original was done at Tokyo · Shinjuku Baltic 9 on June 17 yesterday.         In addition, at the event, cast members talk about characters played by each and episodes in after-recording. Finally, Fukuyama says, "Since this work was recorded in advance, I have been playing until the end, but I would like to see what happens with what we made with everyone "I said.          The anime will premiere on Tokyo MX, BS11, Sun TV, and KBS Kyoto on July 7 at 24:30 (effectively July 8 at 12:30 a.m.). Anime Expo Schedule Lists Screening Trailer Anime at 'FLCL 2 & 3 Panel' on July 2

                        Last summer at Anime Expo, Production I.G was on hand with vice president/producer Maki Terashima-Furuta for an FLCL 2 panel with Adult Swim's Jason DeMarco, FLCL creator and director Kazuya Tsurumaki, and Haruka voice actress Mayumi Shintani. The schedule for the Anime Expo 2017 event is currently listing a “FLCL 2 & 3 Panel” on July 2 at 3:00 p.m. that has the description “Showing trailer, poster giveaway, production announcements, etc.” In the new season of FLCL, many years have passed since Naota and Haruhara Haruko shared their adventure together. Adult Swim's Toonami block announced in March 2016 that it will co-produce 12 new episodes of FLCL with Production I.G. The 12 episodes will be a sequel to the 2000-2001 original video anime, and will be split into two seasons. The show is slated for late 2017 to early 2018. But why did Haruko return to Earth? What happened to her Rickenbacker 4001 she left with Naota? And where did the human-type robot ‘Canti’ go? Original character designer Yoshiyuki Sadamoto and Japanese rock band The Pillows will be returning to work on the sequel series.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Games Switch Version Launches in Japan on September 7

The August issue of Shueisha's V Jump magazine is revealing on Wednesday that Bandai Namco Entertainment will release the Nintendo Switch port of the Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 game in Japan on September 7. The game is slated for a release in North America and Europe this fall. The release will include three new systems. The new ad-hoc co-op feature will let players connect and play with up to six players locally for the first time in the Dragon Ball Xenoverse series. Using the motion sensor will let players use ultimate techniques. For example, players will be able to hold the Joy-Cons in both hands to use a Kamehameha attack. Two players will be able to use Joy-Cons to battle against each other on one Nintendo Switch.

Anime Attack on Titan Season 3 Preview Video

The final episode of the anime's second season revealed on Saturday that a third season will premiere in 2018. Funimation began streaming a 15-second preview video on Saturday for the third season of the Attack on Titan anime. The second season premiered in Japan on 21 networks, including Tokyo MX and MBS, on April 1. Funimation began streaming a simulcast version on the same day, and Crunchyroll is also streaming the series. Funimation announced in December that it licensed the second anime season.

'Yoake Tsugeru Lu no Uta' and 'Kono Sekai no Katasumi ni' Win Awards at Annecy International Animated Film Festival 2017

The Annecy International Animated Film Festival announced this year's winners on Saturday. Masaaki Yuasa's Yoake Tsugeru Lu no Uta won the Cristal award for feature films, and Sunao Katabuchi's Kono Sekai no Katasumi ni won the Judge award for feature films.

The Annecy International Animated Film Festival has been held since 1960, and it has featured , short films,films  produced for television and advertising, student films, and films made for the internet.

The official website for director Masaaki Yuasa's upcoming Yoake Tsugeru Lu no Uta (Lu over the wall or "Song of Lu who Informs the Dawn") anime film began streaming a new trailer video for the film on Friday. Like the previous teaser video, the trailer previews the film's theme song "Uta Utai no Ballad" by Kazuyoshi Saitō.

LiSA To Performs New Ending Theme For My Hero Academia Anime 2nd Season

The official website for the My Hero Academia television anime series announced on Saturday that LiSA will perform the second season's new ending theme song "Datte Atashi no Hero" (Still My Hero). The new ending theme will debut with the second cour of the anime, which will debut on July 8. LiSA (Sword Art Online, Fate/ Nisekoi) will be performing "Datte Atashi no HERO," debuting on the anime's July 7th episode. The single will be released in Japan on August 2nd, then a global digital release on 4th. The anime's first season of 13 episodes premiered on the MBS/TBSchannel in April 2016. Funimation streamed the series in Japanese with English subtitles in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Ireland as it aired in Japan.
