...And something happened the other day, that reminded me of you and I almost had a panick attack.. afterwards, my mother pulled me aside to talk with me and she said " Wow. He really traumatized you didn't he?. I could see the panick when you thought he was involved..." I told her yes... you did scar me. And that'll be something I take with me everywhere I go. Thanks to not letting you go sooner...

My mother asked if I'd ever come back to Ontario. I told her how free I felt, knowing that I could go anywhere in nova scotia, knowing I would never run into you "accidentally". I don't like surprises anymore.

I've never regretted my decision, and with every incident that happens, it reinforces that what I did was for my well-being.

You never respected my boundaries or me. Not really. Thank you for teaching me valuable lessons, and standards I should never have settled for less on.
