who and when started mili?

Mili began as "Project Mili", an offshoot of Project Moon, The studio behind Limbus Company, Library of Ruina, and The Telletubbies. Project Moon commissioned their financial advisor Elivis Gaster to find and assemble the perfect band to make the OST for their new game Lobotomy Corporation. He searched the world including Canada and Japan and China but was unable to find musicians suitable. Asking for a small loan that definitely would pay itself off later just trust me, Elivis built a time machine and collected brain matter tissue from several lobotomy patients, and used it to regrow new humans who would be trained from conception in the arts. It took 50 years for the homunculi to produce anything good, and then they wwre finally ready for the game's OST production. All homunculi in Mili were born in 1976.
