From Under the Rubble... I Write My Story 🌿

I never thought I would write these words… 😔

I never imagined waking up to endless screams,

Running barefoot through smoke and fire,

Searching for my mother among the rubble,

Only to find nothing but silence… a heavy silence telling me that no one will answer me anymore. 💔

In one moment, everything changed.

Our home became a memory, my mother’s embrace became the past,

And my father's face, now absent, is the last thing I hold in my memory.

They’re gone… and left my heart burdened with unspoken grief. 😢

But despite everything, we are still here… trying.

I survived with my younger siblings.

Yes, we survived… but who are we after survival?

Children without warmth, without a roof, with no place to return to.

We were displaced to an unknown place, carrying a bag empty of everything… except pain. 🥀

We slept in the open, waking every morning to a life that holds nothing for us,

But despite everything… we keep trying. 💪

I write to you today not to cry, but to ask for hope. 🌱

I ask you to be a small light in this vast darkness,

To extend a hand that can mend what the war has broken in us.

Israel continues its crimes in Gaza, targeting journalists, civil defense teams, and innocent civilians. Today, Nasser Medical Complex was directly bombed, killing four journalists, members of the civil defense, and civilians who were inside the hospital.

The entire world remains silent in the face of these atrocities. How long will this brutality continue? When will Israel stop targeting civilians? When will the world rise against this injustice?

On behalf of my friend Ahmed @ahmad-ziyad, I write to you with a heavy heart. Ahmed is a young man from Gaza who graduated in Computer Engineering. His dream was to open a training center to support graduates and help them build a future. But the war destroyed everything. Today, instead of chasing his dreams, Ahmed struggles to provide food for his family and medicine for his mother.

His mother recently underwent surgery and urgently needs further treatment abroad. I spoke with Ahmed yesterday, and since then, I haven’t been able to sleep. I saw the fear, the hunger, and the unbearable suffering they live through every day. I cried, asking myself how any human being can endure so much pain.

I promised Ahmed that I would do everything I can to support his campaign and help him reach his goal. Ahmed and his family are in desperate need of us all.

Please, open your hearts. Every donation, no matter how small, can bring them hope and relief. And if you cannot donate, please share their story so that others may help.

hey guys i know i said i wasn’t gonna do donation posts anymore unless i really had to but i like. actually really have to now

so i transferred to a new college in june, and i was previously on scholarships that paid 100% of my tuition. my current school proceeded to not apply my scholarship and i went over to their offices 50 different times while they escalated it over and over again meanwhile the scholarship never hit my account so now i have a past due balence on my account. i tried to take out a loan for the previous semester but my credit score is too mediocre and i don’t have a co-signer. now i got an email saying ill be dropped from my fall classes next week if i don’t pay by the 25th

this is REALLY bad because i get paid via chap 35 college benefits meaning if im not in college i dont have a source of consistent income as well as no housing since i live in a dorm, which means ill be fucked if i can’t get this paid

thankfully it is “only” 4.3k so unfortunately sorry guys i gotta do this i literally have been forced out of options

as for the fall semester, i’ll likely have my scholarship fixed by then so i’ll be fine then but until then i NEED to get this fixed

He's gone, but his memory remains

With deep sorrow, we say goodbye to little Abdullah Abu Zorqa (5 years old), the child whose heartbreaking cry “I’m hungry” shook the world. He passed away today in a hospital in Adana – Turkey, after his fragile body gave in to illness and hunger, deprived of medicine and proper treatment in Gaza.

Abdullah is gone, but hundreds of children in Gaza are still facing the same fate — slowly fading away without food, without medicine, without hope. Just imagine watching your own children die of hunger before your eyes… how would you feel?

My name is Mahmoud, and today I am writing about my family

I'm husband and father of two children we evacuated at the beginning of the war. but my family is still suffering inside Gaza

My family was a beautiful, cheerful family that loved life and they love each other.

We have children are make fun and they the source of happiness for home

Until one day, the sounds of explosions overtook them. Days passed, and these days were very difficult for everyone in the family. Suddenly, my father fell ill, and it was determined that he was suffering with cancer, and needed surgery outside the Gaza Strip. But, because of the situation, he was unable to leave Gaza for treatment - eventually, due to lack of medical care and after suffering with his symptoms, he died.

The money we hope to raise through this fundraiser will go towards caring for and supporting the remaining members of Mahmoud's family, in light of the loss of Mahmoud's father. The money we collect will be utilised to meet his family's needs

The money raised will go towards evacuation fees for my family of 9 members: 4 adults and 5 children. I hope everyone will help my family, and help them receive the urgent medical care they need.
