PENTACORN REVEAL!

Been sitting on this since last year but since I got a shoutout in Adventuring Party I can talk about it: I got to work on the 3D model of the Pentacorn!

Basically the task was to take STLProject's Sleipnir mini and digitally kitbash it into a horrifying centipedal monstrosity in Zbrush. There were explicit instructions to put legs where legs do not belong. It was a blast and I love him. Still trying to find out who on the D20 team did the paints.

I also did some modeling for the Hangvan mini from episode 1!

The roof and back doors open and all the Bad Kids' minis can fit inside on the seats, and there's space under the floor for batteries and wires for the lights. And the wheels roll. It's a rad little toy car. (My friend Patrick Rami did the prints and installed some magnets and hinges, D20 team did the rest.)

Poor Hangvan has been so neglected this season with all of Gorgug's academic stress. Hope Zaphriel's just been having a chill time in his crystal.

Anyway I've been a D20 fan for years and this was an absolute thrill to work on!

Regardless of our feelings about the reboot, wouldn't it be so cool if the original W.I.T.C.H. comics were still around for people to enjoy? Digitally maybe, in English, good quality, all issues 1 - 86?

W.I.T.C.H. Sovereigns

For every WITCH fan still out here, an artist named Enny is making it her project to write out this chapter of the WITCH Saga. It’s a continuation of the OG comic where the girls are no longer Guardians bound to Kandrakar, but are Sovereigns with bigger responsibilities and bigger enemies coming for them. I recommend checking her out if you’re feeling nostalgic.

University has consistently destroyed my will to do anything other than sleep so I haven't posted in a couple months but now I'm back (for how long, no one knows)

Junior Year refuses to leave my brain so I thought I'd get back into drawing with Adaine, the bestest of Elven Oracles.

Fun little thing here - I originally wanted to give Adaine a bunk bed, since Aelwyn lived there too. But when I learned she'd moved out I turned it into a desk and loft bed, and then the props department MADE the bed to match the art!
