My ideal Sunday + pics

This is just a brief writing challenge because I’m journaling! This is what my ideal Sunday would be like.

It would start in the morning, I’d put on something feminine and modest, I’d say my morning prayers and then I’d read some bible passages and drink my morning coffee.

After that I’d hang my children’s clothing up on the line to dry outside our lovely cottage.

Then I’d make my husband noddles for dinner with the kids.

My husband would help me take down the clothes before we walked to evening mass.

When we get home we might redecorate a little, I can put up lights while he tells me about his week at work.

In desperate need of advice please read!

I’m a senior in high school, eighteen and this year my family moved to a new county, very southern very gossipy.

I’ve always had trouble making friends which is kinda where our problem starts, there’s a deputy from the local sheriffs office and we go to the same church, he’s older but he’s a cool guy and sometimes we hang out or get lunch.

Strictly platonic, kinda my church crush but he’s just divorced and although he’s very handsome it would be way to awkward, but again, small southern town everyone jumps to all kinds of wild assumptions.

And I want to date to marry, but because everyone thinks I’m involved with someone all the boys who show any interest either aren’t looking for anything serious or they think I’m easy.

This is really killing my vibe this summer, I’m already having a hard time making friends and I’ve never had much luck with boys so if anyone has any advice at all I would really appreciate it.
