in grass types this sort of hybrid occurs the same way as a hybrid would occur in plants: one pokemon will flower and be pollinated by the other, w/ the offspring retaining the species of the flowering pokemon.

i had a phase in my tween years where i was absolutely obsessed with the occult and ghosts and stuff

thankfully i never really took it too far, save for a couple incidents where i blacked out for like a day or two (don’t try to perform rituals without knowing what you’re doing)

i’d say if you’re in an area where hex maniacs are common, get in touch with them cause they tend to be surprisingly good at taking care of each other when things go awry, at least the ones i’ve met

other than that uhh maybe visit an exorcist? no clue if that’ll help but that seems like a good course of action

also probably a good idea to make sure you get enough rest and food and etc cause that’ll lower the chances of possession or at least it taking a huge toll on you
