Hey!

So, Rhys and I have sort of stopped using this blog, as I’m sure you’ve noticed. We’ve decided that because we’re so inactive with it, we’d like to give it to somebody who’s able to give it more time.

Some general things before you fill out the form if you’re interested:

Cis applications won’t be considered, although I assume this is obvious lol

Truscum/transmeds won’t be considered

This blog has always been about including everyone, so aro/ace exclusionists aren’t going to be considered either, we’d like to see this blog remain a safe, welcoming space!

This blog has a little over 2,000 followers, and when active receives asks pretty regularly. Most of our asks are about identifying gender identity and explaining labels to curious folks as well as coming out help or help looking more masculine or feminine.

We don’t receive a lot of negative asks, and we’ve blocked people who leave transphobic replies/reblogs.

I'm considering changing my name, but I'm worried about asking people to make the switch. My parents are homophobic. I'm already put as nb but I just don't know if people are going to make the change.

Hey love! If you’re already out as nonbinary to everyone then I think it’s worth it to try! Of course it’s important to consider first if you think your parents/other people are going to ignore/reject your new name choice and if you’re ready to handle that.

It can be really difficult to come out with something like that to begin with, and being rejected after can make it much more emotionally draining.

Either way, I wish you the best of luck, and you can do this either way!!

so i know genderfluid is considered nb as it is but can you be female and simply non binary? sorry if that doesn’t make sense

I’m pretty sure you’re asking if you can be genderfluid going from female to nonbinary and not male, please let me know if I’m wrong!

If I’m right though, you absolutely can be! Your gender is still fluid and outside of the binary, it just doesn’t include male!
