excessive hair growth while on T

Okay, so extra hair growth is talked about a lot, but I'm still /baffled/ by how much more I have now vs pre T. I don't have a thick snail trail or a carpet of chest hair or anything but there is so much more on my arms and legs and stomach than I thought there would be. ALSO! No one has ever mentioned how the new hair *grows in!* When you shave the hair, it continues coming in as one strand with the end coming out first and what-not, but when it's a new hair folicle, it comes out curled and from the middle of the strand, then 'straightens out' later. Otherwise, it's just this small, curly loop that appears on the surface of your skin. idk, that's it. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.

my favorite thing that’s ever come out of those dumb “gender reveal” parties, you know the ones, is that people make cakes and other baked goods for them right?

and since everything in this hellscape has to be gendered including colors, they gotta use both pink and blue frosting when they decorate to keep the prospective parents guessing before they cut the cake open and reveal how they’re gonna color-code their babies, but that also means:

people are out here making blue and white and pink baby cakes and just, unintentionally throwing the trans flag all over their pointless “gender” celebration and i think that’s just superb

Life is hard because I haven't been getting testosterone for too long but at least I have the excuse that there are a very small selection of guys who would be able to bleed from their genitals for 7 days straight and continue being a functional member of society

I've had to stop taking testosterone for a bit because insurance but the most noticable difference of be break from T is how much less strong I am now. :|

Guess what ✨baby✨, I'M SIXTEEN MONTHS ON TESTOSTERONE AND I'M TURNING 21 IN 9 DAYS!!!

Also!! I've been on TESTOSTERONE shots this whole time and I've decided to switch to patches to make it easier!! :)

In other news for updates! Still hairy. Sweatier than I thought, my palms mostly, I don't like it, makes video games less fun because of comfort. Facial hair is SLOWLY coming in now! The thin, invisible peach fuzz is growing longer and a few more are starting to grow darker.

At planned parenthood, where I get my T, they said my hemoglobin went down! (Hemoglobin is how many blood cells are in your blood) mine was a little high last time but now it's back to normal levels! So that's nice!

OH! I have an STP device and I used a public urinal for the first time on trans visibility day! So that was awesome!

Bad news: I'm getting my wisdom teeth out tomorrow. I'll live but I'm not excited. 🥲
