Daily Ritual of Affirmation
Time: 5–15 minutes
Place: Somewhere private and safe
1. Center Yourself (1–2 min)
Sit or stand comfortably. Close your eyes if you want.
Take 3 deep breaths. Let the air fill your lungs. Release slowly.
Say softly or in your head:
“I am here. I am alive. That is enough for now.”
2. Grounding Touch (1 min)
Place one hand over your heart, and one on your belly. Feel your body as it is, today.
This is your home. It belongs to no one else.
Say:
“This body is mine.
This name is mine.
This life is mine.
I belong to myself.”
3. Daily Affirmations (2–3 min)
Choose 3–5 of these. Say them aloud or write them down.
• “My identity is valid, even when others don’t understand it.”
• “I define my womanhood/manhood/gender expression — no one else gets to.”
• “This is not a detour. It’s a divine path.”
• “Every part of me is worthy of joy, softness, and safety.”
• “I’ve survived things most people couldn’t even imagine. That’s strength.”
• “My existence is not up for debate. It’s a fact. A beautiful one.”
• “I choose joy — not as denial, but as rebellion.”
• “I am allowed to rest. I am allowed to heal.”
4. Future Self Check-In (2–3 min)
Visualize your future self. They are strong, radiant, living freely in the world you deserve.
Ask yourself:
• What would they thank me for today?
• What small act of care or courage can I give them?
Write or whisper the answer. Let them guide you.
5. A Closing Declaration (1 min)
Stand tall (or sit, if that’s where your strength is today).
Say:
“I walk through the world not asking for permission — but carrying truth.
I will live, love, and rise today, no matter what noise surrounds me.
I am real. I am worthy. I am mine.”

Mantra Against the Noise
****use this when you are having a hard time separating the noise from the simple reality - that you are radiant and worthy of good things, and nobody can stop that:
This doubt is not mine.
These fears are echoes, not truths.
I am not a question mark — I am a full sentence.
I am not here by mistake.
I am here by force, by beauty, by right.
Their discomfort is not my burden.
Their denial is not my reality.
I am real. I am whole. I am still becoming — and I will not shrink to make them more comfortable.
