little ways to be ana
I saw a post about instead of listening to Ana embodying her and becoming her and felt inspired soo here are some habits I associate with Ana….
1. Ana is quiet and mysterious. She doesn’t let people in. She’s not impolite, or shy, just quiet.
2. Ana gets good grades. She studies and she aces her tests and always does her homework.
3. Ana works out every day, without fail. She watches her weight and counts her calories.
4. Ana helps others as much as possible. She is a good person.
5. Ana talks to you (if you embody her it’s okay to have an inner dialogue!!) and helps you stop yourself from binging or eating too much.
6. Ana goes through the thinspo/pro ana tag every day. She motivates herself.
7. Ana is forgiving. Binges happen, and she knows she just has to work through them and try even harder to get back on track.

🌸 little ana tips & habits/routine 🌸
first let me start by saying that in no way what i do is healthy.i know it’s not and i still choose to do it,because it’s helping me achieve my goals and it’s helping me stay motivated and inspired.if you have a “healthier” way to keep yourself motivated and see result go for it and be awesome,okay.😊 🌙 here are some of my tips & routines that i do daily 🌙 • i try to wake up by 10:30 every day.i know it might not seem that early,but i work at night so it’s the earliest that i can manage. • COFFEE,COFFEE,COFFEE.☕️coffee keeps me going through the day and i love the taste of it.i usually have it with soy milk and sweetener so it’s really low on calories too. • i ALWAYS keep busy.i will clean my bedroom,sort my books or wardrobe,clean the bathroom or hoover around the house.good environment is really important for weight loss + it burns some calories too. • if i get too hungry i will eat a salad with 0 calories dressing,some fruit or a low calorie soup.its yummy and filling and all those vitamins are good for you.🍓🥑 • take good care of yourself.you are so precious and you need to acknowledge that.🌹enjoy a nice bath,brush your teeth as often as possible,wash your face & moisturise your body.treat yourself to a new top or a cute dress,think about how good you will look in them once you are at your GW.or buy a new book and get lost in it.😊 • exercise.burn some of that fat.be proud of yourself.💪🏽 • DRINK ALL THE WATER. 💦i can’t stress this enough.hydration is so important,not only for your weight loss,but for your skin and whole body too.drink a glass of nice cold water rn! • green tea.white tea.black tea.fruit tea.all the loveliest tea of the world are here for you.enjoy them on a cold day,cuddled up with a good book and think positive thoughts.👸🏻 • take vitamins.if you are not eating enough your body will get weak in time and you will feel like shit so vitamins are a must. • try to get enough sleep.at least 7 hours are needed every night.🌙 • i have lost 50 lbs since September.and i have fucked up a lot,okay.so its not a big deal if you eat a cupcake or 10 lol as long as you keep going.believe in yourself,sweetie.💞 those are just some of my tips & routines.feel free to add more and good luck on your journey x 😊🌸

*PERSONAL* tips and rituals
These tips are PERSONAL please hun if you’re reading this and feel the need to be any thinner or different than you are you don’t you’re beautiful as you are I promise and if you need me I’m always here <3
Morning:
-Wake up with a glass of tea or ice water, depending on the season -do stretching exercises every morning -wash face well + use light moisturizer -weigh yourself -go out the door atleast 10 minutes before the bus goes During school: -drink lots of water -fill in everything in your agenda -eat healthy snacks -try to avoid lunch After school: -Eat 1 piece of fruit -study -do homework -draw + manage your social media -talk to friends/boyfriend Diner: -talk lots -drink water before,during and after -scrape it around a lot -distract/ask questions Evening: -pack bag for the next day -set out clothing for the next day -shower (wash hair every 2 days) -heavy moisturiser -take pills + vitamins -turn on electric heater -weigh yourself
General: -always clean your teeth atleast three times a day -always keep a bottle of water in your bag -always study atleast an hour everyday -always drink atleast 4 bottles of water per day -always measure + weigh yourself and write it down -never buy anything over 100 cals  -never over talk about food Tips: -avoid the subjects;  *food  *ED’s  *weight -if your stomach makes noises try drinking more water or taking stomach soothers -when people ask use excuses like;  *I’ve already eaten  *I ate at a friends house  *I feel sick  *I’m eating at (insert name here) -try and not go for the ‘light’ versions of things they contain more sugar -use smaller plates + tea spoons

New rules for February and basically the rest of 2017
🐮No greasy food 🐮No meat (of any kind) 🐮No dairy 🐮No sugary drinks 🐮No bread
🌿Only drink water/tea 🌿Work out 6 times a week for 1 hour (at least) 🌿Weigh in once a week 🌿Avoid binges at all costs 🌿Avoid going out to eat (you don’t know what’s really on your food)
🌻Stay safe everyone

The following food are the ones you should try to limit or completely cut out of your diet. - Chocolate, candy and sweets etc - Soft drinks and sugary drinks - Bread, pasta and white rice - Biscuits - Ice cream and frozen yogurt - Cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies and donuts - Mayonnaise and other sauces high in sugar or salt - Pies, sausage rolls and similar pastries - Fried food - Junk food - White sugar - Canned food - Frozen meal, ready-to-eat meals - Salted nuts - Sugary cereals - Junk and fast food - Overly processed meats such as nuggets, sausages, burger fillets etc - Movie or heavily buttered/ salted popcorn - Gravy
