thinking about locusts expressions again. his eyes, at least by the time of postsgrub look kind of . hollow. theres not a light in them . i mean there is. theres a very literal light in them. but there isnt a figurative one. theyre tired lidded. they look really sad. its jarring with his usual demeanor knowing his bug eyed goggles and glasses have such . normal, sad eyes under them. his eye based micro expressions are dull too. theyre small but they give infinitely more insight into his mood than his actual expression does.

it would be Really funny if locust had absolutely nothing written about him that was even remotely close to realistic in their depiction of him. just absolutely way fucking off. in what direction i have no idea but it has to be comically wrong. like. give him chesthair and a serious persona or something style.

theres also the two timelines, in the first one Calamity does fuchsia slavery and Locust flips out when it really sinks in and it eventually ends in Calamity killing Locust, eventually Pilot contacts another Pilot through the time breaks locusts death left everywhere and uses that to retcon it into a better future where Calamity doesnt do that and everythings okay basically

idk! Depends on what he's doing postsgrub I think. I dont really know what you have in mind for him. Cuz like some of the tqiers (most of them actually) are just bumming around enjoying not being on hell planets anymore but the MMonarch and Calamity are actually like. Running the new universe and shit. managing. Like Calamitys the empress but shes mostly out doing her own thing in the military if I remember correctly and also is the highest in the order bc of stuff like the laws(like the fuchsia slavery) and mmonarchs.
