Au where Caspar is an older gentleman with a one man podcast rambling into the microphone and that's the podcast. A sleep pod, if you will. A cast that is designed for other people with insomnia to keep people compnay and space out to and listen vaguely to instead the late night bedtime thoughts.

He comes up with stream of conscious lullabies and pauses when he realizes he goes onto different tangents that stop making sense. Almost putting himself to sleep mid podcast. Bedtime stories, he does his voices the way he would berate his poor son with stories and work them into the bedtime stories for the bits he'd do picking David up.
