not sure if you're willing to take a request, so i'l just put this here(you don't have to answer :3)
SAGAU characters reacting to their creator calling them their "favorite" and basically pampering them as if they're their kid. You can do this with any character you like, buttt I would like to see Kaeya and Diluc, mostly because they're my sons and should definitely reconcile trust🙏‼️ And I unfortunately don't see a lot of content of them :(
A Drinking Problem
Part 1 || Part 2 coming never
Aka; Ragbros wanna be bros again. Trauma says no but you say fuck yes
A/N: I love ragbros, man. Did you know I used to main them both and pair them together? It was so fun. Then I lost the account which wasn't fun. @valeriele3 if ya wanna read..
♤|♤|♤
"Many would favor the Pyro Archon..." you mumbled, gently braiding Diluc's hair. "Perhaps, maybe the Iudex of the Court of Fontaine as well as the Fourth harbinger of the Fatui," you continued, tying his hair with a dark blue ribbon. "But you, Diluc, shall be mine," (as a son, you freak) You smiled sweetly, admiring your work with several headpats.
However, once Diluc turned around—his expression couldn't be more somber. He was obviously trying to conceal something. His lips fell into a thin line, his gaze elsewhere. "Diluc? Heeelloooo?" You echoed his name, but only after flicking his head did he finally respond.
"Oh—uhm, your grace. I must apologize... I was distracted," he bowed, embarrassed by his behaviour in your presence. "Nonsense," you shook your head. "Now we have a new topic to discuss," you said enthusiastically, constrasting Diluc's gloom. "What's got you so twisted up, hm? I've been tugging your hair for a while, but you didn't seem to notice!" You pointed out his hair, his beautifully braided hair. You nust give yourself a pat on the back for that work!
Diluc caressed the braid you made, his frown deepening. Noticing this, you panicked. Thankfully you were very calm about this. "Did I—Did I mess up your hair?! I'm sorry! Ah—did I ruin your hair care routine?!" You totally didn't panic. "Your grace! I'm fine, I'm fine!" He reassured with a less panick-y tone, but still very panicked.
"Ehh, alright. Then tell me, why the frown, Diluc?" You tilted your head as Diluc stared at some corner of the room, seemingly hesitant. "It's nothing worth your concern, your grace," he simply said. "After all, I can take care of it myself. Like I always have." His response made you frown. Who wouldn't frown at that?
"You've been Master Diluc at such a young age," you huffed. "No child should bear his burdens alone." Diluc furrowed his brows in unease. "Especially not a child of mine in my presence," you added. "Talk to me, Diluc. Conversation eases the burden of silent suffering, you know. Or if you're still hesitant, at least just..." you opened your arms to him. "Give me a hug?" You invited, to which Diluc silently accepted. Hugging you tighter than both of you expected.
After a while, he pulled away, seemingly ready to talk. "It's Kaeya." He said. "I managed to invite him to dinner one time. It went well, I think," he explained, trying to find the words. "That's good! So uhm—what's the problem?" You engaged, making sure to let Diluc know he is heard. "I don't know if we actually made any progress in..." he trailed off. "Reconciliation." He muttered.
"Your grace, do you... do you know what happened between us when we were younger?" Diluc asked hesitantly. You thought for a moment, but then decided that lying wouldn't do well in this situation. "I do," you replied. Diluc tensed up. "It wasn't your fault, Diluc." You pulled him into another hug. He didn't resist.
"How many can say they became the richest man in Mondstadt even after losing everything?" You asked, rubbing circles on his back. "You were a child, Diluc. Children are stupid, you were stupid." He furrowed his brows. "We were nineteen," he muttered. "Nineteen year old children," you replied.
---
Kaeya was doing well, he thinks.
He had his fair share of conversation with you, being able to show off his tricks and charm. Sometimes he looks down and sees that the void is catching up to him faster than the last time he's seen it. Oh well, nothing like alchohol to try and vacate the absence of everything. Ignorance is bliss after all.
"Diluc is acting odd toda," concluded Kaeya as he downed his fifth cup of Death After Noon. You, who happened to be sitting right next to him with a nice serving of grape juice, asked, "Wha— wh— why do you think that?" You stammered, totally cool. Don't worry he probably didn't notice. He squints but makes no comment of your stutter. "He filled my glass all the way earlier this afternoon," he replied suspiciously. "Does he not—do that?" You arched a brow.
Kaeya shook his head, dismissing the topic with a lighthearted chuckle. "Hey, you shouldn't drink so much," you said. "You're damagung your liver, you know?" You scolded—channeling the spirit of an Asian mother. "Ah, uhm..." Kaeya stammered, caught off guard by your sudden scolding. "Well, I wouldn't quite be here if I hadn't known the consequences that come with it, no?" He reasoned after composing himself. "Haiyah, then what? You think a sick liver is easy to heal? You think that comes cheap?" You berated your drunkard son, shattering his confidence after he just rebuilt it.
Kaeya looks like this rn:
Tumblr media
"Your grace..." he whined. "Ugh, come in already," you huffed frustratedly. "Charles, I'm paying for Kaeya's tab, alright?" Suddenly Kaeya lit up as you slammed a bag of mora on the countertop.
"I thought you were trying to intervene with my er—"drinking problem," your grace," Kaeya asked suspiciously. "I am," you replied. "Yes, so why are we at Dawn Winery of all places?" He stared at the mansion he used to live in.
"Because who in Mondstadt—the land of wine—hates alcohol?" You reasoned with a sly grin. "Diona," he replied with a shrug. "Okay fair, but no. The answer is Diluc!" He clapped at your enthusiasm, trying to hide his own anxieties.
"Your grace, I just don't think this would be the right course of action," he replied with a smile. "So what is the right action?" You arched a brow. "Waiting? Stalling? Running away from everything?" You crossed your arms, narrowing your gaze. "Dammit Kaeya, ignoring your problems isn't going to remove them." Kaeya stared at the ground. "Hide all you want, but the more you delay your decisions, the heavier the consequences."
Kaeya furrowed his brows before giving you a lighthearted smile. "Of course," he said. "I will follow you, your grace." You groaned. "Ugh, enough of that," you said. "I want this decision to come from you. Don't get me wrong, Kaeya," you waved your hands. "I'm not forcing you to do anything you're uncomfortable with. But I just want you to see how things are without alcohol influencing you, alright?" You said, taking his hand and squeezing it gently. Kaeya sighed, not seeing the point of hiding any longer.
"This is still about... drinking, right?"
"...No."
---
Diluc was pacing in the living room as Adelinde cleaned the windows panes, subtly looking over to her master every now and then.
"Well, you certainly look at ease, Master Diluc," she finally said, causing said master to sigh. "Kaeya will be joining us for dinner," he replied. Instantly Adelinde felt the panic Diluc was feeling. "Master Kaeya?" She repeated. Diluc nodded.
"Ah, I need to prepare dinner, then! It's been a while since you two dined under the same roof," Adelinde remarked, seemingly overcome with nostalgia. Before Diluc could add more, she rushed off eagerly, either to actually prepare dinner or to spread the news around the winery.
This was a terrible decision, though Diluc as he impatiently lapped around the living room for the umpteenth time. It was your advice, but it was his choice to take that advice. This is all stupid, what if Kaeya decided not to attend? Then he'd just be worrying his head off for nothing! Be serious here, why would he attend after what he did to him years ago? He isn't worth Kaeya's forgiveness. Surely, Kaeya knew that himself. (No he does not.)
Several knocks came to the door in a certain pattern. Two light knocks and one heavy knock. It's a code you both agreed on earlier afternoon to alert Kaeya's arrival. "Come in," he called out after subtly coughing his anxiety away. "Oh good evening, your grace... Kaeya," Diluc greeted. You have him an irritated smile which Kaeya didn't notice. Seriously, who greets their guests like that?!
He coughed again. "Is there anything I can do to help you both?" He kept a calm and friendly tone, which was very hard apparently. "Ah well, it isn't much to worry about—" You jabbed Kaeya's shoulder. "Uh, can you help me with my drinking problem?"

"Freminet, please don't talk to strangers..."
A/N: First sagau fic in uhh... a long time. A very long time. I hope the quality of my work improved as I've been focusing on persinal projects thus far. Anyways, here's platonic self-aware Freminet, Lyney, and Lynette (This might be a series)
~♤~♤~♤~
Waking up in the waters of Fontaine was NOT fun at all. But you know what was fun? Being saved by Freminet and accidentally becoming somewhat of a parental figure
"Your grace... surely your time can be spent over something—or someone else more important?" Freminet murmured as he twiddled with his thumbs. "What business? Surely I have no task that rivals the importance of.... combing your hair," you said, giggling to yourself as you comb through the boy's hair for the umpteenth time. "Shame your hair's too short for me to braid, I'd love to style it," you huffed, playing with each blonde strand. Freminet was much too easy to tease. A timid boy like him ought to do better with more praise. Seriously, Arlecchino could do much more by complimenting her children once a day!
"Your grace..." Freminet whined but inevitably accepted his fate as he hugged Pers. This didn't last long as a voice called out for the young boy. "Freminet! Freminet?" And another voice followed. "Fremmy?" The boy in question froze up after hearing his name but eased down as he recognized who was calling out for him.
"It's my siblings..." he muttered to you. "Mm, Lyney and Lynette, yes?" You hummed. "What an iconic pair," you remarked with a chuckle, but that made Freminet's shoulder tense for a moment. You made no comment on it, seeing how he might be uncomfortable he is with the situation and given the little amount of time you both had. Maybe next time. "Off you go now, Frem," you waved him goodbye as he dashed off to his siblings.
---
"Freminet!" Lyney called out as he spotted his brother approaching. "Goodness, where have you been running off to lately?" He berated, sounding like a less strict version of the Knave while Lynette dusted off Freminet's head, back, and shoulders. "Uhm...?" Both brothers stared at Lynette. "Lynette, what are you doing?" Lyney asked, almost forgetting that he was scolding Freminet. "I'm making sure that there aren't any ghosts following him like last time," she replied curtly.
"That—! That was only one time..." Freminet tried to reason. "But it couldn't be the last time," Lyney crossed his arms. "I'm capable of looking out for myself, too you know..." he said, desperately wanting his mask on—wait did he leave his mask back there?! Lynette sighed. "We know that, but—"
"Freminet?"
All three looked towards the source of the voice. Freminet visibly tensed up, to which both twins notice. "Oh, is this... a bad time?" You awkwardly scratch your head, holding Freminet's diving mask.
Suddenly the twins felt a pull from their soul. A pull towards you. A pull they felt when the creator bestowed their blessings upon them. In usual synchronization, the twins yell out in surprise:
"YOUR GRACE?!"
---
A/N 2: Woah they make xmas colors :0
Anyways, this is mostly a Freminet appreciation post. I love him so much, I swear. He's just like me ughh

How much wood would a woodchuck chuck?
SAGAU cult au where you go back to the past after being executed as an "Impostor!" Except your narrator wants to kill you rip.
I pity you. I truly do. What? Don't believe me?

~♤~♤~♤~
You've reached your limit. From the Opera House to... somewhere. Hey, at least you've gotten better at running!
...
What a sad talent.
You are alive—again. It's as if you turned back time. But is such a feat really possible? You scratch your head. You're no god, just a player. Wandering around the landscapes of Fontaine, you begin to wonder: Was all of it even real? The wounds and scars that littered across every inch of your skin, the bitter cold that consumed you, and the familiar faces of your beloved characters who wear the face of disdain. Was it all just a nightmare? Then what is this situation you put yourself in? Another nightmare? How unbelievable. Give yourself a pat on the back for being idiotic! There was no way the sounds of pure joy and reverberating applause after your death was fake.
Don't be so hard on on them. They have me now, don't they? You should be glad I even bothered lending a hand instead of doing my thesis, you know. Gratitude is in order if we ever come face to face.
Did you say something? Did someone say something? Was it your imagination—or mine?
"Your grace," came the voice of a woman from behind. Jolting you awake from whatever inner monologue you had. "Gah!" You turned around to face a strikingly tall woman. Oh, it's uh—uhm, who is this again?
"I was given the name Arlecchino and the title of the Knave. I am the fourth among the Eleven Fatui Harbingers," Arlecchino says, before crouching down on one knee. It is then that you see other members of the fatui behind her, mimicking her actions. "It is an honor and an achievement to bask in your presence, your grace," continued the Knave.
Your grace? This is supposed to be uh—an impostor story, right? What is this...?
"Uhm, no need please! Ah—rise?" You are unfamiliar with uttering words of command. Usually you'd hear them used against you. Arlecchino did as she was told, rising to her feet. "Your arrival is most unexpected, your grace," she began to explain. "News from reputable sources claimed that you would descend tomorrow evening," Arlecchino continued, crossing her arms as she recalled each detail of her investigation.
"Descend? No, I was... I was removed," you muttered. "They're going to kill me again... I don't—they're.. they're going to kill me!" You screamed, surprising the accompanying fatui members. "Who are? If you do not mind my question, your grace," Arlecchino asked, calm but with a sense of urgency. "Who else but the Archons...?!" You shrieked, remembering each punishment and pain you've suffered under their wrath.
Arlecchino stared at you, furrowing her brows. She doesn't seem to doubt you. weirdly enough. "The Archons? All the Seven?" She asked, bewildered by your response. "I—I don't know about all of them—I don't know, I don't want to remember! Please, I don't want to die, I don't want to..!" You clutch your head, tangling your fingers with your hair before tugging on them harshly.
Arlecchino approached you, calmly yet firmly removing your fingers from your hair as to not cause more damage to yourself. The Knave has seen this type of behaviour before in many children—abused children.
"Your grace, is her eminenece, The Tsaritsa among the Seven who want to..." she hesitated. "...kill you?" Does she believe you? I mean I hope not, but she does sorta look like she does...? You shook your head no. Immediately she offered you her hand. "Please. Come with me to Snezhnaya," she said. "The Fatui will hide you and keep your safe from the other Archons." You took her hand without any hesitation—a bad move on my part considering all the betrayal you went through in your last life, oh but who am I to interfere with your choices?
Arlecchino retrieved a dark coat from seemingly out of nowhere and bundled you with it. "Apologies for the size, your grace. It is best for your appearance to be kept hidden," she informed with a nod, knowing that you'd understand.
This reminded you of the time where you tried to sneak through Wangshu Inn with a muddied hood over your head, only to be revealed by none other than that yaksha, Xiao. You barely escaped with all your limbs in tact.
You don't let the pain of memories affect your current situation. You trailed behind Arlecchino to an inconspicuous ship and followed her inside. "Lady Harbinger, we have received a message from... an old comrade," one of the fatui agents approached her as soon as she stepped in. "I expect this to be urgent," she replied, glaring at the agent. "Ah... uh..." Suddenly faced with the impatience of authority, the agent lost his words. Arlecchino sighed. "Leave it to Ekaterina. For now, set a course back to Snezhnaya and inform her royal highness of my arrival," she commanded. "Emphasize its urgency," she added before giving you a gesture to follow her below the decks.
"You can remove the coat now, if you'd like, your grace," Arlecchino said. The sharp edge of her tone softened a bit. Still, she sounds stoic as ever. "I don't want to force answers out of you but..." she hesitated. "I would like an explanation. If you do not mind giving me one." You shook your head vigorously. "No, no. I'll... I'll tell you," you replied hesitantly. "Have a seat, your grace. I will listen to you intently," she offered you a nice, comfy couch that looked like it belonged to the Palais Mermonia.
"It's a long story," you informed the Knave nervously. She nodded. "Then I will order food to be brought to you."
"Uhm... so it all started when I woke up in the Opera House."

Four archons and a corpse?
...Previous
Next...
~♤~♤~♤~
"I'm telling you! He was dead when I lifted the curtains!" Whined Furina, shutting her eyes tight. "We believe you, Focalors, but... your theory on the impostor..." Nahida trailed off, choosing her words carefully. "Could it really be true?" Interrupted the Shogun. She sat near the corpse of a god who had been sitting on the throne of the Seven far longer than her. Though she "joked" about waiting for his replacement, she didn't actually want to see her fellow archon dead. Especially not during a time of momentary peace.
"I—of course! He was helping me rehearse my exiting lines," Furina explained.
"Then their grace came by, and I thought they were just curious. So I decided to give them a little teaser of the performance, BUT BARBATOS DIED!" She cried in frustration. If this were any other situation, the others might have excused it as her eccentricity. "How could he have died right after I met them...?! They must've had a hand in it or.. or.. something!"
"Their grace wasn't due to arrive until tomorrow evening," Zhongli said, propping his head onto his chin as he stared long and hard at his old friend. "They couldn't have entered Teyvat without our knowledge. Well, they couldn't even enter without our will," explained the Lord of Geo. "So, what you're trying to say is this mystery lookalike couldn't have possibly been their grace..." Nahida added. "But why? What could be their goal in taking the face of their grace?" Asked Raiden Ei, crossing her arms.
"If they truly planned on eliminating Barbatos and covering it up using their grace's face. Why now? Why not during or after the performance where the cause of death could be anything?" She said, making the others consider their theories more.
"Let's consider this: Is the Impostor really a threat?" Asked Nahida, turning all heads to her direction. "Mystery shrouds the death of Barbatos, and there's no telling when it'll be cleared," she began.
"But if the goal of this impostor is to... kill the Seven or other beings of this world, shouldn't we contain them until further investigation?" She explained with enough conviction to sway the opinions of every god in the room, except one.
"If all is in favor, then we should commence their capture immediately," said the Shogun, rising from the floor. "Ensure that their capture remains silent. The people will surely riot against the Impostor before we have sufficient evidence of their crimes," she added, looking towards every god who gave her a firm nod.
"Uhm... would it be a good time to announce that the Impostor has managed to escape the opera house...?

(For the letter thing, if you're still accepting these; Imposter AU, if possible)
Dear, Lord Barbatos,
Since you know of all songs "past, present, and future":
I am slow to anger, but I toe the line as I reckon with the effects of your life on mine. I look back on where I failed, and in every place I checked— the only common thread has been your disrespect. Now, you call me "amoral", a "dangerous disgrace". If you've got something to say, name a time and place, face to face.
I have the honor to be your "obedient servant",
[Y. Name]
Strumming, plucking, playing. Oh what was the use of it all? Barbatos can't even play the tune he once played centuries ago!
...was he truly worth calling a God? Your acolyte? He was. He has to be! Barbatos' brows furrowed as he gripped his lyre harder, muttering fragmented lyrics from the song you once shared.
It was all futile. None of it was coming back to him. You weren't coming back to him.
"Stupid, stupid!" He yelled, hitting his forehead with his palm. "Still... they want to meet up..." He murmured as he read your letter again for the umpteenth time.
"Obedient servant..." he whispered, frowning. It felt wrong. He was supposed to be your servant! How the mighty has fallen, indeed.
Placing the lyre on his lap, he beckoned the wind to deliver a message. "If you hold disdain for my voice, then let the wind come and be our medium of communication. I only selfishly ask of you to let me hear your voice once more, your grace."

Curtains, rise!
Oh my, my, my! What eager audiences linger behind the stage? Ah, it's you! The overseer who guides all the beings of Teyvat! Ah—are you that excited for the performance? No worries, it would do me no good in keeping you waiting. After all, this world was meant for you!
Ah.. hehe, I mean though you were pulled away from your home... rather forcibly... I mean—how else were we supposed to get your attention? Your inactivity was killing EVERYTHING!
Haha, let bygones be bgones then. All water under the bridge, as they say.
Hm, perhaps context is much needed for this performance! Barbatos! Please tell me how the story goes!
[LOWER YOUR VOLUME. Audio might be too loud.]
...Uhm.
That was—part of the performance! Ah, uhm... Barbatos is just... rehearsing.. yes, please make yourself comfortable. I will just... fetch a few things or people.
He'll be fine! I mean—he IS fine! No need to worry your eminence if that's who you really are !

the second to fall
(incomplete)
Tumblr media
help?
Where am I?
What a common question to ask when you get teleported in the middle of nowhere. Except this place is not nowhere, this is genshin. Fucking Inazuma.
This is bad, I haven't completed the dam Archon Quest yet! Yeah, I know Fontaine is out but the Anti-Shogun training was so, so infuriating!
Ugh, now I don't know what the hell to do!
I guess, wandering around isn't such a bad idea. I mean, you don't get to migrate into some hit game everyday!
...nor do you get targeted by a a group of fatui.
Seriously, what's up with them! I was walking around and the dude almost shot me with a gun! Like, take me out to dinner first or something. Like the chosen one that I am, I obviously managed to defeat them get captured.
"Hey, where are you taking me?" I ask the buff anemo dude, I was met with radio silence. Is this what they mean when they say the silence is too loud? Oh whatever, I'm sure I can find something to do to entertain myself while I get captured, or something.
I don't know.
I should be dead right now.
Tumblr media
Oh well, what a miracle I suppose.
"Do not make a noise, or your throat will be slit." I hear geo mage guy say before I nodded vigorously, because no way in hell will I be slit. That shit hurts like hell.
So here I sit, at a dock with my arms tied with a rope that burns my arms and a cloth in my mouth. Kinda pathetic, not gonna lie.
I'll be finishing this when I have time😥😥😥😥
