Hi! Your self-proclaimed no 1 fan here! I wished to ask if you will continue on with Rosey and Aegon. Their love is so pure and genuine but it is also very.... Bittersweet. Knowing he is a prince and she is a servant in the cruel reality of Westeros. I just need closure I guess. I know they realistically can't be together but the little girl in me needs to believe in fairytales like Cinderella 😍

What oneshots are you working on? I know you posted all your wips once but I can’t remember them alll

I DO know that I found them all very interesting. Will they all be oneshots or are you planing on a multi chaptered fic for when youre done with aatdd? (I have to say I would probably need a break from writing something plot heavy again but who knows! Maybe not everyone is a baby like me 😂)

I get it! And I totally feel you on forgetting things - I’ve forgotten things I’ve written, so sometimes when I’m writing I have to go back to previous chapters if I reference something I know I already included 😭

Right now I’m editing the maid oc anon request (which I hope to post this weekend!) and writing an unplanned second chapter of Maiden’s Day (it’s smut that I thought I would include in aatdd but it didn’t end up working).

Thank you!! ♥️ Some will be one-shots, but others will probably be multi-chapter - though certainly not one quite as long as aatdd lol I’ve been thinking about writing an au in which Aly and Aegon got married (which seems to be something people are really interested in reading, so that makes me happy!) so I’d probably write that one first after finishing aatdd. As for which one I’ll write after that? I don’t know! We’ll see where inspiration takes me!

I remember that you said once that working on multiple fics at once helps with staying focused/ motivated. Do you mean like, one shots etc? Because I can’t even focus on READING more than a few plot heavy works at once, if I were writing more than one multi chaptered fic I don’t think I would survive lol

Are you the type to have multiple long and plot-heavy wips at once with no problem at all, or do you have one main plot and sometimes write fluffy or funny one shots

Hi! I did mean one-shots, for the exact reason you said! 😭 aatdd is my main priority, and the one-shots are things I just work on for a change of pace every once in a while. And Aly and Aegon have completely taken over my mind, so I don’t think I could work on a plot heavy multi-chapter fic even if I wanted to until I’m finished writing their story.

The only exception was the 90s au, but that was just for fun and wasn’t plot heavy (and also Aly/Aegon!)

I don’t know how people write more than one multi-chapter fic at a time, but I am super impressed by the people who do!

Do you always write a few chapters ahead? Or do you just plan exactly what you will include in which chapter in the future

Both! I do write a few ahead (I’m currently working on ch 43), but I also plan what will happen in each chapter when I’m outlining. I like writing a few ahead because it gives the chapter time to breathe before editing, and there have been times I moved scenes because, after thinking about it, I realized a certain scene fit better in a later chapter. I also find that planning each chapter makes it easier to write since I know exactly what I want out of it before I create the document and it makes it possible to lay the groundwork for things ahead of time. That’s just what works best for me!

Hi! I would say that the biggest things happening between now and when the fic reaches episode 8 in ch 47 are Helaena’s pregnancy/childbirth, Viserys’s health, and planting the seeds for things that come up during the Dance. Structure-wise, most of the chapters left before episode 8 aren’t super plot heavy, but I wouldn’t really call them filler either (outside of a couple), if that makes sense.

I don’t think there’s anything super scary coming up. Next chapter is pretty fluffy because I thought we could all (myself included) use it ♥️

I read the last chapter yesterday and fell asleep right after that and in my dream your fic was actual canon??? like I remember In my dream I was watching new episodes of hotd and I was crying cus dance started and aly and aegon can't be together anymore 😭😭😭 I just woke up and I tried to watch tiktok edits of them when I realized it was just a dream 😐😐😐👎

omg?? Your dream sounds so sad! And then you were like “I’ll make myself feel better by watching edits of their happier moments” only to ask yourself why has no one made a single tiktok edit of the it couple before you realized it was all just a dream of a fic being canon 🥲
