Day 1: Strawhats - Sea Skies
It’s the quiet moments–when waves are gentle and the stars, soft–that get me the most. Their energy they give freely but their calm is shared only with family. UwU
For the Everything We Love About One Piece!
I’d try to do art styles I don’t do for the event.

law:
‘whatever.’
the long years since cora had passed away had numbed the pain,
turning him into a permanent thought rather than an ever-present ache.
the visit he would pay his grave was routine and some of the local
residents had grown to be aware of the artist’s strolls and their frequency.
a part of him however regretted having lost his connection to the flower shop
itself. the former saleswoman might have had sticky fingers, but she
had been EASILY seduced and granted him delay on the payment for
his bouquets.
however, law remained curious towards the newly hired individual, lips
maintaining the formation of a smirk at his reply. his interest was perked,
banter appearing tempting above all else. back when things were more
contained, law had been notorious for getting what he wanted, no matter
the means to achieve his goal. now, however, his reputation was a silent
one, connected to underworld figures in the most shallow level but still
infamous amongst the right people. that zoro, he was wandering towards
an area of child-like curiosity mixed with purely sexual attraction at this
point, soon causing law to wear an expression dedicated to his own
thought entirely; like a predator, his eyes narrowed lightly, smirk growing
to a subtle grin, a soft flash of teeth shining past lightly parted lips.
he was not yet ready to leave his attention lying about, eyes focused
on his company’s.
‘i’ll keep that in mind.
come by my shop sometime; you do look like the type to get
some ink on you.’
❛ {✘} i'll think about it, but only if you're the one who does it. ❜
the latter part of his reply was purely for jest, but he was seriously considering the offer, for it was certainly tempting. after all, he already had a multitude of scars gracing his tanned skin that some ink might actually look really good too. it also meant getting to spend a little bit more time with the individual who had piqued his curiosity right from the get-go, which apparently, the other wasn't against to doing.
furthermore, the look that had been presented to him only further eradicated any thoughts of denying the proposition that the tattoo artist had posed. he mirrored the expression, flashing his own toothy grin at his present company. his attention was completely directed at trafalgar law, but that would soon change once the chimes of the flower shop suddenly began to ring, indicating that a new customer had just entered the boutique.
he quickly turned his head towards the doorway to confirm a new presence, and was indeed met with the sight of a woman scanning the plethora of flora. he almost forgot that he was at his job at that moment, and he wasn't going to screw up his first day as a florist because of an attractive customer. pivoting back to his current distraction, zoro spoke once more.
❛ {✘} i have to go back to work, but gonna see if i can drop by later. ❜
and by 'gonna see', he meant that he would definitely try to, but his new acquaintance wasn't going to be privileged to that knowledge. he wasn't that desperate.
