Aaltoeus Ref sheet

Aaaah Aaltoeus. The dragon who I never named but always wanted to really make stories with since middle school. Like ever since I bought the "Dragons: Fearsome monsters from myth and fiction" at a book fair (god I fucking miss those... I need to see if my public library occasionally has em), I wanted to make a trident horned dragon in the blue gray spectrum of the colors. You can 100% blame the page of "St. George and the Dragon" of that book. That and being somewhat nostalgic for those greenish dolphins from "Ecco: Defender of the Future" had my braincell. Wish I kept around the other pieces of this guy as all of them broke (art pieces from middle school). "Trix who dis man and what he do?" Since I am panning out a story to try to test the waters (literal in this case), I'll keep it vague, but Aaltoeus is a decently seasoned dragon from a watery nation that really prefers to be reclusive. Especially with his own hand of experience of dealing with above the waves dragons, as they have to negotiate deals to cross the seas without issue. Incredibly hard since some really fucking hate how the water dragons are more open minded about other elemented dragons. The deep sea is dark and full of nature's elemental surprises, it only makes sense that nature's elements (the dragons) also adapt to their environment in such ways. For life is pretty cruel, but they don't wish to be crueler than her. Unfortunately lines get crossed. How that will go. We'll have to see. Thank you for letting me TedTalk, have a good one. Moisturized and in my Lane

You will notice it's not in a usual sized canvas that I usually do. That' because I'm highly considering getting it printed as a deskmat because when looking for actual artists on Etsy for that it's either Ai (MidJourney) or just someone copy pasting other works as a deskmat. The latter if it's like official game art I don't really see an issue. Otherwise support real artists that make their crafts and are honestly "homemade" instead of "machine made" thanks. Saw a picture of a Asian small clawed otter just having a good bath and went "damn I wish that were me".

Because while the old ref sheet was serviceable, there was a lot of inconsistences in style proportions. It just pissed me off. So made a more in depth ref with some design tweaks because I do want to write/illustrate a story with her.

YCH: Lazy river animals sketch advert

It ran into my mind quick and... Hand slipped. Hard. Grab your buddies or make a buddy, it's a pool party and it's bubbly. Each YCH spot has different prices because some are full bodies with planned submerged halfs (like with the cat with the coconut), shark bois having a great time, or if know a bud that wants to a be a pool toy (ngl one of the most sfw if not adorable things I've seen some times) you can do that too. Not sure if to make this slotted as I get very minimal traffic. We'll see. Characters are generally gonna be in the style of "Party Animals" the game as in, chumby but funny lil guys. Shading and full colors will have to be agreed upon by the group. All prices are USD, because I am Dr. Pepper drinking American (sorry folks) This is sketch seeing if there is YCH interest. Syrus being a creature

Ya know with my own world designs of Syrus, while cute it feels odd. Like it looked like him and acted like him, but also the older designs were simply neater. Of course for nostalgia's sake I decided to keep his Sonic AU/design around because I'm just "that's my lil bean boi. My lil anti-Shadow with a more eclipse look." With hype regarding Sonic X Shadow generations and news... I kind of wanted to mess around with those forms on Syrus, but instead we got him being a bit of a cat. A GATO. Be me diagnosed with Asperger's at 3 in 1999/2000. Dumb school doctor tell me a dinosaur is a butterfly, BOI THAT'S A PTREADACTYL! Learned about the motion Autism Acceptance and that iirc the LGBT+ is pro that movement if them giving the rainbow infinity symbol is anything to go by. I love the motion of awareness of Autism as more folks should be more educated on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD or ASS in Dutch... Not joking). Though we should accept those with Autism because not only is not 1 case the same but also we really got to start understanding and accepting so much. Why is Autism Speaks will around demonizing us? Get rid of them. Imagine demonizing kids for something completely out of their control. Also I think we should have a variety of Autism acceptance stuff. Ya know literally wearing our hearts on sleeves deal like in pride. Because nothing really wrong with Autism, everyone works differently. Also some of us like to be creative I don't see why not the otter. Before I go. Autism is explanation not an excuse for bad actions. Just in case we got one of those people here.
