The engine burns fuel in the commercial chamber to produce a high amount of heat energy

which gets heated up
if these heated parts are not cooled down
The ships engine will cease to operate due to high temperature

cooling systems are a critical part of marine engine for efficient operation
The marine engine frame is provided with a jacket and a cylinder head is provided with boards to pass the cooling water
The system which is used to cool down the marine engine is known as jacket cooling water system
Circulating the cooling water in the engine jackets enable the engine metal parts to retain their mechanical properties
which may change with high temperature
In modern marine engines
