yooo it's the factory bots, i've never drawn these guys before so it was fun coming up with my take on them! i thought it would be cool to give them consistent differences in design based on how new/old they're implied to be: inspector and melter having ball joints and complex fingers, they're always being scrapped and rebuilt and have more involved tasks, versus the dredger being a bit closer to p03 in design since he's older and crustier (they all get the hover tech though, i feel like that was a factory-wide retrofit lol)

I tried to find that there is a similarity between P03’s workers and Magnificus’ pupils.

Their bosses, P03 and Magnificus also have in common that they never rewarded their subordinates.

As supplementary, in Act3, you can see the Lonely Wizbot’s special dialogue when you draw the card of him after the player meet other Scrybes in the dredging room.

I like to think that all of P03s workers are in a bad workplace environment polycule. The inspector, the dredger and the melter... just all together being gay. Going on dates off work, trying to get P03 to kiss the challenger already.

P03 might even end up treating them with more respect after he gets through his own issues, (still passive aggressive rivalry, he is stubborn as hell.) Give them a bonus check and tell them to go on a date...

Inspector - 29, mildly afraid of her co-workers, clarinet prodigy, loves audiobooks

Melter - 44, probably drinks and drives, constantly on Facebook, wine aunt

Dredger - 56, divorced and has 2 kids, doesn't wear safety gear bc he's honestly done with life, fishes on the weekend

i want to do a second doodle with my headcanons about the world of Inscryption (I did one with P03 explaining how robot pronouns work), so if there's anything you're curious about (World lore, character HCs, etc.) lmk and I might answer...

How would Bots have tattoos in the world of Inscryption?

Like yeah decals exist, but would they be seen on bots the way tattoos are on humans? Would 100% be behind that idea

I could totally see Dredger and Melter having permanent decals. G0lly might like the look of decals, but want to swap them out too frequently to have permanent decals, so she just has a vast collection of temp decals and constantly get more. I think Inspector would think decals are pointless but also not care about them. P03 might constantly be trying to talk G0lly out of buying another 20 decals when she only used 4 of the ones she already had.

Or piercings? That I need to think on more
