The amount of people you see doing drugs on Wall St is horrible. And nothing is ever done about it. It’s like the police is blind to the drug activity.

This used to be a beautiful little street downtown Morgantown WV that connects High St and Spruce St. Over the past few years this has become the hangout for the homeless. A place most would be afraid to walk during the day let alone at night.
