I still enjoy the movies, but I'll be so fr, the MCU is effed right now. They were setting up a plan with Kang trying to recreate the magic of the infinity/Thanos era, but we'll never get to know if that would've worked out or not. And now Doom will be rolling in, comparatively last minute, at least considering how much build up Kang was getting YEARS in advance, and I don't know how well it's gonna work. They're gonna be fun movies, don't get me wrong, I still have a good time watching them. But are they gonna feel like they have the same emotional impact? Or level of stakes?

And also, things are just... Confusing now. Just like this post says, wtf is going on with the Avengers?? Do they even exist anymore?? Did they "die" with Tony?

Idk I guess this is me venting... The movies are fun, but they're not... Good... I guess

So going by recent mcu trailers i guess the Avengers aren't a thing anymore?

I thought it was normal for the Avengers to go off on their own adventure after working on the big threat. I guess with the compound destroyed everything is up in the air then?

I thought wong, Bruce, and captain Marvel was recruiting shang chi? Or does welcome to the circus mean your going on the Candidate wall?

What what Scott? Wouldn't freaking out about kang make him build a team? Or was the changed?

I guess Sam Wilson is going to have to put a team together.

THIS. As someone with a chronic medical diagnosis who has been made to feel crazy by family and medical professionals alike, hysteria was (and still is!!) used to disempower and marginalize! It's not something that lives in the past and it is not something that empowers us by "reclaiming" it. Women not being taken seriously by medical professionals is a continued problem in EVERY part of the world and it's fucked. Absolutely fucked.
