Due to massive inspiration but not having enough information for a full fic, this falls under this neat category called "post it here until I can do something"

Stanley once was a normal man with a normal job and a normal wife , as many other stories have started. Like many stories, Stanley is also unhappy with his life. So how did he end up here?

Many many things can be used to determine or create Stanley's connections to Verm, but what I can say is Vermin AU Stanley doesn't like his wife. Consistent arguing and bickering over what Stanley may consider to be a problem that is not worth dealing with. Maybe dangerous behaviors like drinking or even a passive suicidal idealization. Something must have happened from A to B.

I enjoy this idea of Vermin Stanley more than my previous two. It not only gives Verm a psychological warfare lean that I've always characterized him with, but give the parable and it's endings more meaning than just a simple domain for Verm.

Vermin AU is a consept I made maybe almost half a year ago, I've had a heavy on and off hyperfixation on meatcore, and body horror. It's name comes from one of my first introductions to body horror (Perfect Vermin).

Since then I've attempted to expand it a bit but what seems to stick is a sister-location meaty and sadistic version of Narrator and Stanley attempting to face the horrors beyond his comprehension.

I've updated my Narrator design and you actually drew him!

Which I need to reblog here because I completely forgot I had this blog. Oops.

Welcome to: Vermin AU

Vermin AU is an idea that bounces up and down my brain a lot, I've decided to make it an official Tumblr blog for design updates, story building, and asks.

Ran into this AU before? Great! It had an old (now orphaned) published work on AO3, however dispite the passion and many calls to my favorite medias I found that it didn't fit TSPUD as much as I'd like it to. If you've heard of it in another way you're probably a close friend (hi bestie) or on a TSPUD discord server I'm on.

New to Vermin? Also good! Vermin AU is a au based on some of may favorite games, songs, and other media involving meat, flesh, corpses and body horror. Please do keep in mind that these are the core themes of this AU, if the sights of such content or blood and gore bother you, please do not proceed! You're even free to completely block this blog and it's tags to completely escape it's appearances on Tumblr. I will take no offense to this action and I understand.
