he couldn't believe he had actually agreed to this- going on an actual proper "date" with his girlfriend, you. dates were such a hassle, with all the planning and the forced small talk and the goddamn expectations.

but as he heard the familiar click of the door opening, his complaints died on his lips. there you were, his girlfriend, looking absolutely radiant in a pretty dress that made his heart skip a beat.

"wow, ‘tsuki, you clean up nice," you teased, flashing him a dazzling smile.

katsuki felt his face grow warm, and he quickly averted his gaze, shoving his hands in his pockets.

"tch, whatever. tou don't look half bad yourself," he mumbled gruffly.

you just giggled, stepping closer to him. "aw, you're so sweet. shall we get going then?"

bakugo nodded, swallowing hard as he reached out to gently take your hand.

as you both passed by a pet shop, you suddenly stopped in your tracks, your eyes lighting up. "isagi, look! they have bunnies!" you exclaimed, tugging on his arm excitedly.

isagi chuckled and allowed himself to be pulled towards the store's window display. sure enough, there was a fluffy white rabbit hopping around its enclosure, twitching its little nose.

"aww, it's so cute!" you cooed cooed, pressing you face against the glass. "can we go inside and look at it?"

he couldn't resist that pleading look in your eyes. "sure, why not?" he shrugged, and together you stepped into the pet shop.

the bunny was even more adorable up close, with soft fur and big, round eyes. isagi watched as his girlfriend crouched down to get a better look, gently extending your hand towards the rabbit. To his surprise,and yours, the little creature hopped right over and sniffed your fingers.

"See, it likes me!" you giggled, glancing up at your boyfriend with pure delight.

he felt his heart melt at the sight of your face lighting up with joy. crouching down next to you, isagi reached out and stroked the bunny's soft head, marveling at how it nuzzled into his touch.

"it is pretty cute," he admitted, a small smile tugging at his lips.

You snuggled up close to Tsukishima on the couch, resting your head on his shoulder. He glanced down at you, a small smile playing on his lips.

"What's on your mind?" he asked, his deep voice rumbling softly.

You grinned up at him mischievously. "I was just thinking...I bet I can make you blush."

Tsuki raised one eyebrow, looking amused. "Is that so?" he drawled. "Good luck with that."

"Oh, I don't need luck," you declared confidently. "I know all your weak spots."

He scoffed lightly. "I don't have any weak spots. I don't blush easily, you know."

"We'll see about that," you teased, sitting up and turning to face him.

Slowly, you leaned in, pressing a soft kiss to his cheek. You felt him stiffen slightly, but there was no indication of a blush.

Undeterred, you trailed more kisses down his jawline, then back up to the other cheek. Still, his expression remained calm and composed.

"Hmm, not even a little bit of red?" you murmured, gazing at him intently.

Tsuki shook his head slightly. "Nope. I told you, I don't blush easily."

Pouting, you wrapped your arms around him in a tight hug, burying your face in the crook of his neck. You could feel his heartbeat, steady and strong, but still no sign of a blush.

Sighing in defeat, you pulled back, giving him an exasperated look. "Fine, I guess you win this round. I'll have to try harder next time."

Kei chuckled lowly, reaching out to tuck a stray strand of hair behind your ear. "Better luck next time, hm?"

You stuck your tongue out at him playfully, then slid off the couch, heading for the door. "I'm gonna go get a snack. Don't miss me too much while I'm gone."

As you turned to leave, you caught a glimpse of Tsukishima's expression. His eyes were slightly wider than usual, and a faint dusting of pink had crept across his cheeks.

You paused, eyes widening in delighted surprise.

"Aha! I knew I could do it!" you exclaimed triumphantly, darting back over to the couch and throwing your arms around him again.

Tsuki tensed, his blush deepening. "What are you talking about?" he muttered, determinedly avoiding your gaze.

You giggled, planting a firm kiss on his cheek. "I saw you blush just now! I can't believe you tried to deny it."

"I-I don't know what you're talking about," he stammered, the tips of his ears turning bright red.

Grinning, you snuggled closer, nuzzling your face against his. "You're so cute, Kei. I love seeing you get all flustered like this."

He let out a frustrated huff, but you could tell he was fighting back a smile. Slowly, he wrapped his arms around you, pulling you in tight.

"Shut up," he grumbled halfheartedly, burying his face in your hair.

You couldn't help but laugh, your heart swelling with affection for this tall, stoic boy who was so easily flustered by your affection.

In that moment, you knew there was nowhere else you'd rather be.
