I really like the moment right after someone’s finished stuffing themselves when the fullness is most intense and they feel like they’re struggling to hold it all. The groaning/clutching their belly/squirming from the pressure. It’s all very good.
But I also really love what follows after. The heaviness and tenderness; the absolute necessity to be gentle with their swollen stomach as it works on everything they’ve stuffed down. Maybe holding there for a little extra support, moving carefully so the weight of all that food doesn’t churn too much. Rubbing big circles over the swell, keeping things settled and soothed to improve digestion.
mandatory self-care for a tummy that’s holding far more than it’s used to holding. just having to lean back and feel how much they’ve eaten, shifting and grumbling; all those little involuntary sounds.

made a wg shake that is tasty and cost effective, and doesnt have uncooked flour in it like a cake shake. very simple here we go:
1 can sweetened condensed milk (~1300cal)
1 cup heavy cream (~800cal)
milk to thin out to taste. I added 6oz, enough to make the volume of the milk + cream equal the volume of the sweetened condensed milk (~100cal)
total: 2200 calories for about $3 per serving, tastes almost like liquid icing

Idk if you take suggestions but the idea of gaining 100lbs over the span of a week or a month. Slow but rapid wg
I love that. Imagine it happening over a week's time - that's just under 15 lbs per day.
On Monday, you don't notice anything, but you think you're bloated, because your pants feel tight.
On Tuesday, there's an undeniable softness to your chin, and you're wondering what might have happened to cause it. Your belly protrudes slightly in your shirt and you think about cutting down snacks.
On Wednesday, it's undeniable. You're getting fat. None of your clothes fit right. Panicked, you take a "sick day" and try to find new clothes. You feel heavy as you walk.
When you wake up on Thursday and look in the mirror, a double-chinned stranger looks at you. Your belly is a ball of fat, slightly hanging. You feel winded just from moving about.
Friday finds you struggling to roll out of bed. You wouldn't have nearly as many problems with your mobility if you were gaining slowly, but as it is, your muscles aren't used to carrying this much fat. When you finally sit up, your belly spills between your legs. A second roll is forming above the first.
On Saturday, you turn your walk into waddle. Your thighs rub painfully. Your elbows are slowly encroached by fat. Your fingers turn pudgy.
Sunday finds you a whole new self: a fully realized fatty. You'd better find a new job, one where nobody knows you and everyone will believe that you've always been fat. Preferably something where you don't have to move too much - waddling to the kitchen leaves you winded now.
You're also very hungry. You will probably be gaining weight for a long time to come.
