Runs in AND ONE MORE THING i'm working on a reply for Two-Face at kinda the beginning of his first big crime spree and that dude - whew.

That is the most disconnected he's ever been from Harvey Dent. He'd have to be to even think about hurting Robin... like that. He somehow believed Harvey was dead.

Bro was a wrecking ball through Gotham for months, breaking and entering, drugs, murder, breaking out again, murdering, robbing a strip club and leaving all the money behind for the girls... more murdering????

Additionally, he starts off as non-confrontational because

1. He's visibly Black and therefore more likely to be viewed as aggressive and violent by default.

2. He tends to intimidate people as a prosecutor. If you don't really have a grip on what a prosecutor does, people tend to consider his presence as somewhat ominous.

(It must be serious if the DA is involved!)

It's worth noting that when Two-Face is violent or criminal, he knows he's leaning into the Stereotype. Gangster, yadda yadda. But if they're gonna typecast him before even knowing him ... sure, what the Hell! Gangster boogie. You want your guns and drugs stereotype? He'll serve it. Eat it the fuck up.

Also worth noting that Harvey has legitimate reasons to be angry, and his anger isn't just ... anger for the sake of anger. Gotham needs to change. He should be angry. It's not fair.

A trend I notice is that Twos goes for aggression and then softens up as Harvey kinda nudges him along.

Harvey, on the other hand, starts out with Mr. Nice Guy How Can I Help You and then that sorta turns into aggression.

I mean, it's probably obvious that they lean on each other in certain situations, I just think it's funny that Twos will start out guns blazing ready to beat ass and Harvey... isn't.

On the other hand, Twos has more self-preservation instinct and asserts that if he had been fronting, Harvey wouldn't have gotten the acid to the face.

Harvey should book it, Two-Face asserts. Hell, they should all book it, straight out the door and into downtown Gotham. Case closed, court adjourned.

But Harley's got him dead to rights - yeah. He said he'd be there. The coin did, too, and even Two-Face can't argue with that.
