Alright so I have officially finished the Hatchetfield trilogy + seasons 1 and 2 of Nightmare Time (++ Hey Melissa…thanks for the thirty notes and zero warnings guys!) and I have a burning question that I must release to public opinion and scrutiny!

What is the Hatchetfield fisherman situation looking like?

Given the fact that it’s an island you’d think there'd be some kind of mention of something like that but no! Like, there’s the Hatchetfield Boating Society run by Linda but that’s the most concrete thing we have (besides like a one-off scene of a sea captain but I don’t count that sorry). I’m curious to what they produce and sell to the world (hatchets is low hanging fruit but still viable).

It'd be cool if we saw a pre-Black&White Wilbur and John Macnamara heading down to Hatchetfield upon hearing of some odd water based anomalies and that’s how they first found out about Wiggly! Maybe they meet the Lighthouse Keeper who won’t help them because they’re not locals or just hatred of the government so they head into town after failed diplomacy and head into a retro 80's diner that just so happens to be run by someone that can help them out and they come face to face with Wiggly and it is Wilbur awakening to the dark side and—-
