I remember seeing the guy who filmed this. He has some sort of body harness and he wields the camera with the finesse of the star wars kid!

Found I video that the Sailor Moon cosplay group I was a part of is in! Pretty small part, we pop in at 1:01. Even though you can barley see me, still happy my group made it into such a cool video with so many awesome cosplayers (Vampy Bit Me, Jessica Nigri, and Yaya Han!).
