My main writing project is Lunar Alchemy, a dark fantasy, gothic romance, occult mystery series. It’s a planned four-book series aimed at adult readers that I intend to write, edit, and publish in a very DIY spirit. This tag captures all my writing, meta, aesthetics, etc. for this project. I practice skeptical witchcraft. I respect everyone’s right to their private faith, but I don’t personally believe in supernatural abilities, personal gods, or laws of attraction—only in my own endless capacity to transform.

Writeblr Introduction

I just saw someone else do this and now I’ve decided I should do one myself. A little introduction about my writing and my goals.

About Me:

My name is Stacy (duh!)

I’m 30

I live in the US

Ii love books, music, movies and any kind of arts

I am writing a fantasy book series at the moment

About My Writing:

I’m a plotter and always will be

I started writing in the third grade when I did an assignment for class and my teacher said it was great! This led me on the long road I am on today

I began to grow serious about writing at about age 25 when I thought of my idea for my fantasy series and wanted it to be published in some form

I am not on Wattpad or anything like that, but I do hope to self-publish my fantasy book series in the future

Right now, I am doing revisions for Book One and starting to make a better outline for Book Two

I am hoping to have Book One self-published in five years or less

Again, it’s a long road ahead 

My fantasy book series is an Adult Contemporary Fantasy and is a Portal Fantasy

I am mostly inspired by music

Writeblr Advent:

Christmas Time🎄

Okay so as of tomorrow, the 1st of December, I am going to be posting according to an ‘advent calendar’ that is based off of books, stories and basically everything to do with writing, hence the title being ‘Writeblr Advent.’

I thought this would be a nice way to run up to Christmas, clear your head and keep you occupied during lockdown (that is if you are in lockdown, here in the UK we are the moment).

Tomorrow I will post the overall plan and tag multiple people so that they can try it themselves although they don’t have to if they don’t want and you can also do it as well if you want to :)

I am hopefully going to manage doing it everyday, most likely writing it the day before and posting it on the actual day..

Each day’s task will be different and there will be one that is not so much for a writeblr/writer every other day so that if you aren’t a writer there are still some other ones that you might prefer to do :) I don’t know about anyone else but even though I like writing I like having a day doing something other than writing to clear my head (even if it be read a book that’s a certain genre or has a word or colour in the title). Organising books also helps clear my head a lot as well..

I hope everyone likes this idea and hopefully joins in with this tag.
