Help needed with vet bill for autistic person's ESA:

I need to take my cat to the vet for asthma that is worsening, and all told, after exam fees, chest x-rays, medication, and paying my cat sitter to take us there, it's going to be like $500. I only have like $60 on my care credit and got denied for scratch pay. I have pet insurance and will be reimbursed like $200 of it, but I need help having the money to begin with. If anyone can help:

Please help me puke; I'm so unbelievably nauseated.

It’s frustrating when your body can’t handle the amount of activity you want or need to do- and I’m not talking about exercise, I’m talking about activities as in the things you do everyday: showering, hobbies, work school, chores, hanging out with friends, watching tv, etc. Now just imagine not being able to do all of those things, even if you absolutely need to, imagine having to pick and choose every single day what you can do, and what is worth pushing past your symptoms for. Will I shower or do the dishes today? Cook dinner or do a hobby I haven’t been able to get to in a week? Rest or ignore the symptoms knowing I will feel worse later if I do so? It may seem like a silly, inconvenient, even stupid way of doing things to you, but to me this is my everyday life, if I do not make these wagers I will suffer for it, and oftentimes I will still suffer for it despite these sacrifices and my best efforts.

I'm chatting with someone and I feel on the verge of puking, but I'm trying to h9ld back until it comes up while trying to hold back, so message me or ask to call if you want the play-by-play on my tummy.

Oh, God. I feel so, so sick. My stomach is clenching, I feel a gag at the top of my throat, I'm dizzy, I'm so, so nauseous. My head hurts, my stomach hurts. And I have to use the bathroom, but if i move, I think I'll puke, and I'm embarrassed because my aide is here. Open to chat, call, etc.

I was so, so nauseated but there was almost nothing on my stomach. So, I'm going to out something on my stomach, if nothing else to make it come up easier.

I made it from like midnight to 10am without puking, but then my aide needed my help with something, and even though I told her 7 seperate times that I needed to stop, or I was going to puke, she kept needing, and I ended up driving urgently to a trash can mid-task and vomiting right in front of her.

Y’alllll I just puked. I have been struggling with brushing my tongue. Aaaaand tonight it ended with me retching up yellow vomit.

I was in my underwear fresh out of the shower. I was swallowing like crazy. I wanted to try sitting to see if it would help, so I sat on my bed. I grabbed my puke bucket because I felt entirely out of control of my body. It was when I was laying propped up on my left side that I retched. It came out in a deep guttural burp that sent the taste of my dinner into my mouth. ‘Fuck,’ I thought.

I sat up and puked into the clear container. I don’t remember walking to the toilet while puking into the bucket, but I did. After brief contemplation, I switched to the toilet between heaves. More and more kept coming up. I lost my entire dinner. At the end, I’d feel a bit better after a retch, but then I’d spit and feel slime clinging to my tongue, and then I’d retch again. Now that it’s over with, I am very tired.

I got some rest overnight without vomiting, but I've just woken with a terrible tummyache and feeling Like im about to vomit very imminently
