We were worried that Sheogorath's Punished, one of the most famous easter eggs of Oblivion (a person killed by Sheogorath for attempting to grow a beard), was cut from the Remastered version. Turns out he's there, he was just accidentally placed under Punishment Point. Hopefully this bug will be fixed soon.

Another highly memorable NPC who received a new voice actor was Aldos Othran, giving us a new rendition of the "Cliff Racer Song".

One of the Oblivion Remastered NPCs people have been the most curious about is Falanu Hlaalu. Notably, she has received a new voice actor.

The reason why the Dragonborn got caught crossing the border? No speed attribute or athletics skill. That would have never happened to the Champion of Cyrodiil.

Going into its first weekend since release, Oblivion Remastered hit 200k concurrent players on Steam. According to Bethesda, four million in total have played it.

A lot of people have been asking us how Mannimarco is in Oblivion Remastered, so we tracked him down while he was buying his weekly groceries on Sundas.

We are very pleased to report that the abnormally large objects in the basement of the Imperial Palace made it into the remastered version.

Something many people are curious about after a game's release is how many people play it, but there's limited public data actually available (Steam charts the most prominent). To help with that, following the release of Oblivion Remastered the UESP's traffic multiplied by ~6.5.
