System updates
So we got some of our alters back! Right now we're 6. Me, Scott, Serena, Skalaa, Louis and Felix. Things were a bit rocky so an abusive alter might me back. I hope not. We actually got diagnosed with OSDD! It's such a relief! Well the meeting with the psychiatrist was difficult because my mom was there, but I got a few diagnoses - Jesse

Honestly, Jesse has a lot of trouble with communicating properly. He gets his words misinterpreted very easily. Today, I had a panic attack. Why? Because I was late. By 10 minutes. I have afraid my foster mum was going to hate me and never trust me or let me out, simply for being late. So the anxiety, on top of the severe depression and paranoia, drove me to edge. This is mental illness, folks. Irrational fear, phobias. Knowing your worry is absolutely unfounded and stupid, but still feeling it. I really want this to be a message of myself. DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING. JUST WAIT TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS. Honestly, I’m just sad… Between my girlfriend not being able to talk and flashbacks, I just don’t know where to seek support. The only person who seems to be there is Scott. He has never deceived me.
